This tour was the highlight of my trip to Portland! It was perfect, especially for myself- who was traveling alone and only had a few short days to see a bunch of stuff in the Portland area. The tour was the perfect amount of time (not too long, not too short). Our guide, Jeff, was very knowledgeable about the history... More

My experience with EverGreen Escapes was perfect. I ended up being the only one that booked the tour but they graciously honored my reservation. My tour guide (Daniel) was super. He was very informative and made it a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The scenery was phenomenal. It was a day well spent.

We learned a lot after being on this tour. It was not what I expected. I kind of figured it would be : this building dates from such and such, this is the site of the first such and such. Instead it gave us a nice oeverview of the entire city plus described "Portlandia." We had a good rundown of... More

Terrific experience and awesome weather contributed to a top notch tour experience. Laurence was a great guide providing great background and history as well as geology lessons on our tour. Only rated 4 stars because I was promised a call about the pickup time which never came without a second call several hours before the tour start. He also arrived... More

I was the only one who booked for the Columbia Gorge “Cliffs, Waterfalls and Wind” in Portland. Brandy was awesome, the tour was fun and informational, thank you again!! The sights we saw were incredible.

Thanks, Cari! This time of year a few tours do go out with just one or two travelers, and while many are nervous about being the only one on a tour, the vast majority come back raving about our guides. We're glad you had a good time, and are ready for summer, and a few more escapists per tour, to... More

We took the Explore Portland tour and had a wonderful time. They called the day before the tour, as promised, and pick up at our hotel was right on time. The bus was very nice and the tour gave us a good overall feel for the city, we did the tour on our first morning there and came away with... More

COLUMBIA GORGE Wine and Waterfalls Tour- We were in Portland at an unlikely time: New Years Eve, 2015. not many people are touring on December 31st but we'd made reservations with Evergreen Escapes for the wine and waterfall tour and, at the appointed moment, our van arrived at the hotel and, Surprise!! We're the only people booked. So we two... More

Very nice vehicle which was comfortable and spacious. Large windows which allowed for photo taking and great views during the tour even while driving. Our guide Daniel was very informative and knowledgeable. We did the shorter tour (about 6 hours - Wine and Waterfall) and it was nice to be able to hit the major attractions as well as a... More

The staff were knowledgeable about the area and provided great insight to the history of the various locations we visited on each of the two tours we went on with them. They were timely, professional, and overall great fun to be around. We will definitely look into other tours offered by them next time we are in the area!

A friend and I took the Wilamette Valley tour. It was a girls' weekend before a convention we both attended. Another couple joined us for the tour. Stephanie, our tour guide, found out a little about each of us and targeted the discussion and of the wines and the vineyards to our level of knowledge (which wasn't much). The scenery... More
