A friend and I took the Wilamette Valley tour. It was a girls' weekend before a convention we both attended. Another couple joined us for the tour. Stephanie, our tour guide, found out a little about each of us and targeted the discussion and of the wines and the vineyards to our level of knowledge (which wasn't much). The scenery... More

Seeing the Columbia River at last (it was on my bucket list) with this excursion was a gift I gave to myself. The tour guide was delightful, well-informed and could tell us in detail about the river, Lewis and Clark , and the gorgeous surroundings in the area. For me, the nature in the area was beyond what I had... More

We had previously used Evergreen Escapes in Seattle, so were very happy to trust our 4 days in Portland to their expertise. We did the half day tour of Portland, ending at Powells Bookshop. If anything, I was slightly frustrated at not being able to go in the mansion- we just admired it, the gardens and the view, but time... More

This was an absolutely wonderful tour. Steven, our guide and driver, said he looked at the tour as if he was taking friends from out of town to see his favorite places, and that's exactly what it felt like. We stopped at not only popular spots like Multnomah Falls but also out-of-the-way spots where we were the only visitors. Beyond... More

Thanks for your kind words. Our Mt. Hood trip is beautiful this time of year as the leaves are starting to turn, and the volcanic rocks around Timberline Lodge are fully exposed. Your guide reported that you did some pretty significant walking up above 6,000' - unplanned bonuses like that, with new friends, make for some of our favorite experiences! More

I saw the reviews for this company and the tours they provide and this sounded great. Called one month before the time for my trip and left a message. I saw that others had complained about no return call and the owner said they worked the ones that were coming up soon. No worries, I'll wait. 2 Weeks out I... More

We enjoyed two fantastic tours with this company - the best tour company I have ever used!! We also took a tour with them in Seattle. You are truly pampered on this small group tour - I don't think there are ever more than 10 people- delicious snacks and coffee in the morning - an incredible lunch with wine -... More

Everything was first class for our half day tour. I learned about so much around wine, the region and opportunities to continue exploring on future visits. We got to see the beautiful scenery, taste some great, new wines and experience the Willamette Valley with co-workers on a side trip while in town for work. Would definitely do it again (this... We went on two Evergreen tours while we were in Portland. Our guides were knowledgeable and very personable. The vans were comfortable and the areas that we were shown were interesting and fun.
