This was my first time to Portland and I was blown away by its beauty. Coming from Hawaii, i knew close to nothing about the area so I was very grateful Rose was so knowledgeable and willing to share all her fun facts! You can tell Rose is passionate about what she does. Overall it was a fantastic tour!

Daniel was our guide on the Gorge tour and was so helpful and knowledgable. Great bikes and friendly staff. We also rented bikes to explore Portland with them.

I was born and raised in Portland, but wanted to enjoy seeing it on a guided bicycle tour. It was great to hear what our guide, Daniel, had to say about my city. He was well informed and discussed several pieces of information that I didn't know about. He did his homework. The bikes were simple to operate and worked... More

My wife and I just did the historic downtown tour and really enjoyed it. Our guide, Daniel, was a third generation Oregonian and knew a ton of info about Portland and the surrounding area. The ride is moderate to easy, not nearly as strenuous as Vancouver. Felt safe the entire time. No lunch or food breaks, but the tours fits... More

If you only have time for one activity besides eating, eating and more eating, I would recommend biking in Portland. Taking a tour is a great way to see the city. We were able to see Portland University, History and Art Museum, Pearl District, Saturday Market, Chinatown, Waterfront and of course cross the bridges. Great fun!

To our surprise, our tour group was just the two of us and our Pedal Bikes guide, Sarah, who was awesome -- a great private tour! We met Sarah in Newburg, since we were staying in the area, rather than leaving from Portland. Typically the ride is 10 miles one way, along gently rolling terrain with very little traffic, and... we did the brewery tour with Daniel. Our group was only four people and it was a super time...the weather was fantastic and Daniel also included some interesting info on Portland's history as we cruised along the riverfront. He was really engaged in his job and it was a highlight of our time in Portland. The breweries we went to... More

Dan was our guide to tour the wineries in the Willamette Valley Wine region. He drove ahead, so we were always safe and knew where we were going. And, if tired, could ride instead. Riding with Dan was also a highlight as he is very knowledgeable regarding the area, as he grew up there. He took us to great wineries... More

I did the brewery tour about 2 weeks ago with a group of ten. Female guide - didn't get her name, don't think she gave it, but she didn't seem too interested in her job - more or less going through the motions. We visited 3 places, Bridgeport, McMenamin’s and Lucky Lab. McMenamin’s & Bridgeport - pretty questionable choices -... More

Took two tours with Pedal Bike Tours and enjoyed both. Columbia river gorge and the historic downtown. They were both very well run and the guides on both were great, but I enjoyed downtown more. The Gorge tour was 10 miles total biking and I was expecting more challenging biking -- it was fun, but not enough biking thru a... More
