Guide Keegan Burns took me for a ride on race bikes. I had requested uphills and Portland Bike Tours delivered. Keegan is also a bike messenger, so he is used to flying through city streets on two wheels. I am a Dutchman who has lived in Amsterdam for half his life, so I also love to cycle the city. Keegan... I booked this tour for a Monday morning and since everyone else evidently was sleeping in on Monday, I had a private tour of Portland. Fantastic time learning about the great history of Portland and riding over the recently completed bridge that is used only by bikes, pedestrians and the light rail system. Easy ride and great time lead by... More

We rented a couple of single speeds for the day. I am pretty much a road bike guy but the single speeds were fantastic. Pedaling around Portland's waterfront park, greenway trail, springwater trail and south past the sellrock bridge was great. The tilikum bridge was fun as well

We are do four couples from Alberta and we had an amazing time with Evan! He knows Portland and is a great resource. Wished we could have sampled some food along the way.

I took the 5hr Columbia Gorge bike tour in early Oct. The tour isn't actually 5 hrs on bike. I would say it is is about 60% van/hike 40% bike. We were driven to Columbia Gorge (about 30-45 mins) by the tour guide who had various historical, nature, cultural and fun facts on hand an welcomed any questions we had.... More

Sierra, our guide took us (four ladies) on what turned out to be a private bike tour! She made sure to stop at regular intervals to let us recoup and tell us about the local surroundings, history and points of interest. She will ask if you have questions, so come prepared - she knows her stuff! Sierra made sure to... More

Alexa did a great job of introducing my wife and me to Portland. She shared many fascinating historical anecdotes about the area. I was amazed that she had such a good memory for facts, and she truly seemed interested and engaged. It rained, heavily much of the time, through the entire tour. There was one girl on the tour who... More

This was an awesome introduction to Portland - you can get a good feel for the city in a small amount of time. I am not very athletic but the bike ride was relatively painless - just a one or two steep hills. Group goes at a good pace, nothing too fast or crazy. I loved the tour guide, Ciera.... More

We enjoyed everything about our tour. The owner and guide were friendly and very informative. We loved all the details and information about the city. The length of the tour and stops were perfect, as well as the bikes. This was a great addition to our two-day stay in the city and would do it again. Highly recommended.
