Wonderful drive up the river. Good fishing, rafting, sight seeing, We are so fortunate to live in such a beautiful area.

This river is an excellent flow to a mild whitewater rafting...About an 8-hour current speed sailing from McIver Park to Barton Park and another 3-4 hours if you want to continue downstream to the Carver Park...Probably most of the riverside landscapes along the way are untouched or still in its original form from long time ago since the Lewis &... 10 family members ages 11-45 went river rafting on June 4. The water was still cold so we were given Farmer John style overall wetsuits, fleece sweaters and rain jackets with water shoes. The river depth goes down in the summer making for peaceful rides. The river was still high when we went so the rapids were class 3-4. The... More
