The building is nice. We are upstairs at the open seating. Service was good. I had the veggie burger which was pretty dry, the fries that came with it were good. The two beers I had were both pretty uninspiring, which is a shame for a brewery, there is so much good beer in Portland. I won't be back.

One visits a brewpub to enjoy the brews and Bridgeport offers a wide variety of delicious beers and ales. Unlike many, it also has an interesting menu with delicious food. The service was very good and, as always, we enjoyed the atmosphere. I am not sure why this is listed as an attraction rather than a restaurant. I reviewed it... More

We visited Bridgeport and really enjoyed everything from the delicious beer, to the fantastic atmosphere to the wonderful service. We had started at a table downstairs, but decided to check out the upstairs area was. This was a good move. The atmosphere was much more relaxed and the buzz in the air beat that of the more subdued downstairs. Our... More

Bridgeport was a very classy brewery. Not the typical type place. It actually felt more like a place to go hang out with friends. And a more social type atmosphere. Great Selection of specialty Beers and some limited Cask Beers for your enjoyment. Down stairs was more of a restaurant vibe. But upstairs was definitely the social hang out with... More

I wasn't too impressed with my burger but hubbs liked the pulled pork sandwich. However- the spinach artichoke dip was PHENOMENAL! SOOO YUMMY.

I live in the Pearl district and have been to bridgeport many times and want to frequent more often since it is in my neighborhood and is in a historical building; the problem is the food is terrible and boring and over priced. The last three times I have been there the food was terrible low quality and seems to... More

My boyfriend and I stopped here for happy hour. We got nachos, beer battered pretzels, and a flight. We spent around 3 hours just nibbling, sipping, and chatting, and the server was so patient with us. I loved that he didn't keep checking on us every 5 minutes (truth!no sarcasm, I promise). The atmosphere is very accommodating. The nachos were... More

We went her twice during our week in Portland. We managed to hit the happy hour Monday and enjoyed a pulled pork sandwich and a chicken sandwich. The beer is excellent. The second visit was on a Saturday evening and it was hopping! Large screen tv with football game, lively crowd, We had dinner and enjoyed salads and a squash... More

We recently took the free brewery tour at Bridgeport Brewery. Todd (the Brew master) was a very passionate, knowledgeable and interesting guy. The room where they store the hops smells amazing. Loved the sample tray as well so we got to taste a bit of everything! The hops were being harvested whilst we were in Portland so we got to... More
