Pictures don't do Devil's Punch Bowl any justice - we were totally surprised by the scale of it in person! The picnic areas are really beautiful. There's a handful of very small tourist shops (including one which does wine tasting) by the parking area, and just beyond that you can find a way down to the beach and, if it's... More

Small parking area with a picnic tables, paths, stairs down to the beach, and a viewing area. The punchbowl will appear much different at low and high tides.

My husband and I spend two days driving the length of the Oregon coast and this was a highlight of our trip. There were a few gray whales out in the ocean which we watched from the observation area for a bit while we spoke to some of the locals. The tide was low and we were directed to the... More

Definitely worth a stop. The day we were there the weather was beautiful so it was so picturesque! We had a picnic of clam chowder and shrimp from Mo's that was located in the area.

It was a great little stop along the coast. Definitely worth stopping for. Beautiful views and could be fun to hike down for photography.

This is a great place to view a natural wonder. I do have to mention that there were people climbing down in the punch bowl which is not a safe thing to do. It is always sad to see people doing things that they obviously should not be doing. If they get in trouble, it is tax payers that have... More

We drove the coast from Seattle to San Francisco. It was definitely worth our stop here. We got to watch the tide coming in. The view was just amazing.

Don't forget to bring food to hand feed the squirrels! The view is beautiful and I would recommend packing a lunch and enjoying the punch bowl as well as the beach. There were many people there whale watching as well. I would also suggest looking up high tide times so you can be there during that time.

Worth the trip to this little area to see the architecture of the landscape, have a little bite at Mo's or the winery there. A special little nestled cove of the Coast there close to Depoe Bay worth visiting. I saw it for years passing by and never went. Glad now I did! Recommend going on a day when there... More

I haven't had any experience with the park portion with it's picnic spots, et al. But we love going down into the Punch Bowl. It's a bit of a walk (I use a cane) and up hill on the return but it's so worth it. I have visited the punch bowl regularly with friends, grandkids and with my hubby. The... More
