Just like Ripley's the appeal of the Wax Works is because it is funky. It is not posh, it is not meant to be. It is just fun to tour the different scenes and try to guess who the figures are. Most are obvious, some might take a little thinking. Some are really well done, others are stretching the resemblance.... More

Our family toured this wax works site. We decided to visit all the tourist attractions this last summer. It was nothing special. Just look at fellow trip advisor reviews and preview the pics and there you go! Kinda boring and way too expensive! So if you want to pose with Johnny Depp or Yoda, they are there to take a... More

Not the best renditions of wax works I've seen, but it was a good rainy day activity. I don't regret going or spending the money. The best bang for your buck is to do the three combined attractions (Ripleys, Wax Works, and Undersea Gardens.) Some of the works are downright creepy. But the husband and I had a good time.

Another fun attraction you must see. Ripley's wouldn't be complete without going here too! Take the time and a few $$$ to have your hand waxed for a fun memory.

If you've already eaten and the weather's too bad to watch the sea lions, go to the Oregon Aquarium, the Hatfield Center, or walk along the pier this is a marginally passable thing to do. Not inexpensive, although the package with Ripley's and Undersea Gardens eases the financial, if not the cultural, pain. Not particularly well done or educational compared... More

I have visited the wax works a few time a I still find it enjoyable that they can recreate people out of wax and make them look life like.

We really enjoyed this place. Scary for the little ones but the adults really enjoyed it. Had a large variety of wax statues .

This was okay, but lighting was pretty dim. The only wax figure that was really fantastic was Johnny Depp. Most of the others you could tell were fake. Still, an enjoyable presentation.
