Families will enjoy rafting the river from Lost Creek Dam to Shady Cove--mostly little riffles and one (barely) class II rapid. As always, life jackets recommended. Many raft businesses in Shady Cove with pickup and return services. Wonderful experiences. Can pull over many places and eat your picnic lunch--just pack out what you bring in. More

Went on one of the speed boat tours of the Rogue river. Saw some beautiful sceenery and an abundance of wildlife (including deer, Black Bear, and Eagles.) Guide was humorous and knowledgeable. Fun afternoon. More
