Love the way the river travels through the various towns. Very peaceful and beautiful to picnic by the river, especially as the season begins to change into Fall.

Beautiful drift! Lodge hopping was the best. If you haven't done it before be aware that most of the lodges are NOT marked.

The Rogue River is well known for its trout, steelhead, and salmon fishing. I spent 12 hours on the river floating with my guide, and he put me into some serious fish!

This is a river to return to over and over again. It's beautiful in any season. Good swimming, Great fishing for trout and salmon. Fantastic rafting and jet boat tours. Fun to feed ducks at many places. Lots of boat ramps. One of the most beautiful rivers in the world --great scenery. What a place to visit and live.
