Managers, security, medics and housekeeping showed an incredible amount of compassion, support and customer service during our medical emergency. We could not have been in a better place when it happened. Totally impressed with their actions.

We had a Great Time at the Casino not only playing slots but the staff tought us how to play craps and other table games. The food there was wonderful and the cafe downstairs on the main floor had very good food as well as the resturant upstairs.

Stop to "donate" my money on my way down the coast. Lost about $60.00 in about 45 minutes. No bonuses and not many pay backs. Smoke smell was terrible. I understand it's a casino and i'm supposed to lose my money. $60.00 in 45 minutes is not a good time. At least a few bonuses would have been fun.I guess... More

The casino is very nice, but the food at the casino is BAD !!! They have a great arcade for kids as well as day care in the arcade that our 9 year old loves going to, and it is very secure. The best restaurant we have found in the area is the restaurant located at the casino hotel, which... More

I was so excited but left so disappointed. Only good thing there was the cascade lakes beer tasting. The show was not good. First time to see a show there and I am not sure I will be back. I never have liked the setup at these places. I left so sad. Also Rodney's show has gone down hill.

We had not been to Chinook Winds before but enjoyed the concert. The smoke free atmosphere was a pleasant surprise. The seating was kind of weird and hard to see the stage. It had tables with 4 seats on each side. Kind of awkward and uncomfortable. There is row seating further back and some frequent concert goers advised us these... More

Used to be a fairly regular visitor, but this trip, like the two previous visits, the machines are stone cold and very misleading/confusing. Played a penny machine, hit the "max spin" and it cost me $7.20 !! Also, for this casino's size it has the smallest "smoke free" section that isn't even "smoke free" or "smoke smell" free. You'll get a... More

We love going to Chinook Winds! We spend a few hours each visit to the coast checking out some of the games (Blackjack has better odds) and eating lunch or dinner at the buffet. Friday night is usually all you can eat crab night. If you love crab this is the dinner for you. You can play Keno while you... More

The food was wonderful and the sunset view was fantastic. We had to turn back 2 bottles of wine - the first one, a chardonnay, had turned and the 2nd bottle of chardonnay was over 3 years old - past it's prime for a white wine.
