This is a very well done and interesting museum. The exhibits are interesting, well maintained and bring the history of the region to life in a personal way that should appeal to all ages. The first floor covers the time before automobiles and the upper floor more recent history. If you have been visiting the Oregon coast for many years,... More

Well organized and documented with a wide variety of exhibits. I especially appreciated the short, personal stories associated with the exhibits.

This was a huge surprise, my Wife and I tour the first floor and thought OK, this is it and then we noticed it had an upstairs. The upstairs was the highlight of the museum and don't miss it.

We spent some time at the Lincoln County Historical Museum, and really enjoyed the displays, artifacts, and all the interesting information. No charge, but they do take donations. A real gem for the area!

A history of the Oregon coast and specifically Lincoln County. I found it fascinating and step back in time to an earlier slower pace of life. It had aspects of days gone by that even I at 40 rembered as a child. And yes, it made me remember my grandparents. It felt great to go in and look back at... More

I enjoyed the museum, history and cultural artifacts. Much more than I expected from a small town museum. Very helpful and friendly people who ran it as well.

There is no charge to visit the museum, and they have a well curated collection with interesting stories about the history of the area and the white settlers who came there in the 1800s and early 1900s. It's worth an hour or so if you have a couple or more days in town.

With so much to do in Lincoln City, this small but well-curated museum can be overlooked. It's a shame to miss it. Lots of local lore, great photos and interviews - upstairs is a real treat! Pixie Kitchen, anyone??! The staff is delightful and eager to share their love of Lincoln City...we had a great time!

Nice and clean. Like to see the old pictures of Lincoln city and how it was. The people and the pictures were done very well and the story about them was interesting. I walked away feeling glad that I took my time and went there.

Fun little place to see and take your time and look around. The town is cute and quaint so this is lovely to see all the nice Beach Type items that are very unusual.
