I had never ridden one before and it was much easier to do then I thought. David was our trainer and tour guide and he made sure we were comfortable and able to go out on the road before leaving on the tour. Jefferson is a small town with lots of charm and history. The tour is 2 hours and... More

Just got back from beach in Nuevo Vallarta. The waiters were all on Segways! and having fun. The owners/managers of Segway in Jacksonville, OR are amazingly helpful and give great tours! I'm hoping they will make them with a side car soon! smiles,......

Jacksonville is a nice small town with wineries and the Britt music festival. We've meant to visit there between plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival -- our real destination -- but always have just driven through town on the way somewhere else. This year our local Ashland friends decided that they and four of us visitors should actually go to... More

This was a spur of the moment idea we had while visiting Southern Oregon. The company was gracious to take us as walk up additions to the daily tour. David and Brandon were excellent at providing a 30 min training before we got started and they made sure to put the Segways at lower speeds until we were comfortable. Once... More

The owner of Segway of Jacksonville graciously donated segways for use during the Ashland Independent Film Festival. I have to admit, as a mountain biker, I always thought of these as being kind of corny. After going through the training and actually riding one, I must confess, I couldn't wait to get on it again. They are so much fun... More

My husband and I had the time of our life touring historic Jacksonville. David was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This was the highlight of our entire weeklong vacation

Our teenage grandson and niece had a great time! We are planning on the whole family doing this over the holidays. They give lessons before starting the tour to make sure everyone is a skilled driver. Absolutely would do this again and wish I had my own Segway at home :)

Don't worry that you won't be able to ride one of these. You'll get lots of instruction and practice before heading out. This was money well spent. Learned a great deal about the area and saw more than we could have on foot. I would definitely do this again.

Fun !!!!! They provide you with a thorough preview and training session, and then you are off on your own !!!!! They answered all questions, had you "run a course" to get familiar with the machines, and gave you maps and directions (although Jacksonville is small enough it would be difficult to get "lost.) The price is very reasonable. I... More

This our first time operating a Segway. We received about 30 minutes of instruction and were off like pros. The tour was well planned and gave us a lot of history of Jacksonville. Our tour guide Betty is from Jacksonville and clearly knew a lot about the town. The tour included stories about downtown buildings, the Britt festival grounds and... More
