Wet, cold day, but had so much fun! Riding the segway was not as challenging as anticipated, which was a relief. I do think that anyone can do it. This is such a unique and fun way to tour the town. We learned a lot from Brandon about local historical architecture, and interesting stories about the people that settled here.... More

I have done this Segway tour twice now... Once as an out-of -town visitor (with my family before we moved here) and, more recently with a group of women friends. Had a fabulous experience both times! The staff is very friendly, while professional, and very patient and thorough when teaching newbies the techniques of riding a Segway. Even the most... More

Running around historic Jacksonville on Segways was fun! Perfect place to do so. We were first timers on Segways. The pre-ride training was actually fun, and our trainer made sure that both he and we were safely ready to ride before take-off. Our trainer, David, is the owner. He's a very nice, educated and patient guy. Hands down the highlight... More

This was so much fun! David was the trainer and was very patient while we were learning. Then off we went to explore. Great time and got to see parts of Jacksonville we had never seen before!

I had such a great time on the "Historic Segway Tour of Jacksonville" that I ended up purchasing my own Segway. Recently I needed to have my Segway looked at for a potential major problem, and David provided excellent service. He determined that my Segway could have a system reset and that it did not require anything more substantial. than... More

David did a great job training which prepared us for our first Segway rides. Cruised the streets, up to the cemetery, then up the hills behind the Britt. Great time!

Excellent location. The owner was very knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful, as well as appreciative of those that had anxiety or were nervous doing this. The training was well done, totally sufficient and appropriate. It was a fun all around activity for all (adults and teenagers). I recommend riding up & through the cemetery, as well as the school.

I had never ridden one before and it was much easier to do then I thought. David was our trainer and tour guide and he made sure we were comfortable and able to go out on the road before leaving on the tour. Jefferson is a small town with lots of charm and history. The tour is 2 hours and... More

Thank you so much for your review! We now encourage our Tour Guides to elicit feedback on the pace of the Tour from the Tour Group and try to customize the balance of guided riding and historic narrative to customer/group preference. Many customers do come back and choose the Self Guided Glide for even more autonomy. First timers, in general,... More
