This was a disorganized venture. We didn't feel comfortable, and we didn't enjoy the wine at all. Below average experience all around.

The wines were very good and a great change from all the the other wineries. I could understand why it was voted winery of the year as it had some tasty, substanial wines.

We visited friends in HR and they had never been here for tastings so we all went. $10 to taste with tiny pour and I only did 3 tastes so she acted like she was being so generous to only charge us $5 each when I bought two bottles. Bottom line: $76 for 2 bottles of wine that should cost... More

We visited this winery during a day-long tour of the Columbia River Gorge. We did a tasting and chose a bottle of Pinot Gris for our packed-in lunch. It was beautiful at lunchtime, and we ate outside and enjoyed the wine and a view of Mt. Adams. Lovely.

Although we went in November (when views of the surrounding mountains are rare), we were able to get a glimpse of Mount Adams as we left. The outdoor seating area would have been great in warmer weather. They do offer individual glasses for sale after you're done tasting. The wine was good, but not our favorite. We had great service--the... More

I can't say enough about how much we love this place. We drive 75 miles one-way at least 4 or 5 times a year to Hood River and have to make this one of our stops each time. The wine, customer service, and view are all outstanding.

We visited this winery earlier in the month. Not only did we not like any of the wines, but we felt like the staff was talking down to us at times. They charge $10 per person to taste 6 wines, and you get $5 taken off that price if you buy a bottle of wine, but most of the wines... More
