spa was very nice, massage was not so great... probably want to go for the shorter massage and take a longer hot tub.

First time visiting with friends for the weekend, we arrived early evening to check in. Arrival experience was nothing but a transaction like you will have anywhere but a nice resort like this, but after a long drive I didn't care for anything, but they can at least smile..
Arrived to our room, was nice at first sight, but when...

We have driven by this many a time on our travels to the coast, but couldn't afford to stay here. We bought a Groupon which gave us a traditional room and $35 food credit. What a deal! The place is huge and spread out, so we really didn't get a feel of lots of people. We had a great balcony...

What a first class, lovely spa experience. I've been many times and don't know why I haven't reviewed it before. The outdoor soaking pool has the perfect view...watching the wildlife in the salt marsh while soaking is the perfect start and ending to the spa experience. I've had several massages, manicures, pedicures and even a hair cut! All have been...

My complaints are that the TV is smallish and has poor picture quality. The on-demand movie feature is chronically "Busy - Temporarily Unavailable". Once you get...

As always, the service was impeccable and the quality of the spa is unmatched in the northwest.
As...

For the first half hour of my hour long massage my table squeaked. Not a little but loud and continual. The massage therapist seemed very embarrassed by it and gave indication that it happens often. I guess in hindsight she should have taken me to another room. Only when I flipped over did the squeaking stop. It was not relaxing...

Let me begin by saying that I've never been a fan of Salishan. That said, the interior and exterior of the Spa at Salishan are beautiful and inviting which led me to reconsider my snobbery and book an appt for a pedicure. I'm a regular at the "smallish" Coldwater Creek Spa in Tigard, Or where I'm reclined, wrapped in warm...

This is a review on the Spa only. I've been there once before and had the best massage I've ever had. The building is also beautiful and the observation room the most relaxing I've ever been in. However I went in a week or so ago to book treatments for me and 6 other people. As I was walking in...
