Experience the Oregon Dunes and Family Fun Park at Sandland Adventures. Offering tours of the dunes since 1987, our professional drivers will show you a great time while you travel across an impressive natural wonder of endless shifting sand. You will also experience unique tree islands, various wildlife and the spectacular Siuslaw River.  Choose an exhilarating dune ride on our Sand Rails or a relaxing tour on our Giant Dune Buggies.  Our one hour tours also include traveling down our Pacific Ocean Beach.  Large or small groups can be accommodated on either tour. For those who prefer speed and excitement, try either a half hour 10 mile tour or an hour 20 mile tour. These 7 to 10 passenger Long Travel Sand Rails have over 20” of suspension travel and plenty of horsepower to take you on an exhilarating ride. If you prefer a slower pace, enjoy our interpretive Giant Dune Buggy Tour with many picture opportunities. Informative, scenic and fun describes this one hour dune buggy tour covering approximately 8 miles of dunes and 2 miles of ocean beach. Climbing and descending through the most beautiful, impressive dunes will be an unforgettable experience. After your dune ride, you can bump and splash on our Bumper Boats, race on our Grand Prix style Go-Kart Track, play a round of Miniature Golf or take a ride on the Cloverline Railroad. We are located less than one mile south of Florence on Hwy 101.

For this seeking fun, adventure and high energy action, the Sand Rail is a must. The drivers are trained to make all sorts of stunts... Going straight up a 350-foot sand dune and the driving down almost vertically the entire 350 feet. Everyone from 9-year olds to 40s in the part enjoyed it... And wanted to come back again to... Our driver Buddy took our family of 5 out on a half hour ride of a lifetime! He asked if we knew what we were in for, and I said that I had seen an online video of it...yeah, not quite the same! Our twin boys rode "shot-gun" with Buddy and had so much fun with him, he was great... More

I wish I could give this more stars. My wife and I rode with Dan and couldn't have asked for a better guide. Very friendly and professional. This trip was great and very reasonably priced. We'll be going back here for sure.

This was a great way to see the dunes, if you have not been there. Even though it was a cool day with scattered showers, our driver was enthusiastic about our trip. We enjoyed our 1/2 hour ride with a family from BC. Driver was very experienced and gave us a great thrill ride. Will definitely go again next time... More

It was a rainy day on the Oregon Coast, but our dune buggy driver (Buddy) still gave us a thrilling ride. This is not for the faint of stomach - ginger tablets might be a good preemptive thing to consider, especially if you are the only couple in the smaller buggy - lots of bumping around.

To celebrate our wedding anniversary as well as help "make memories for the kids," I surprised my wife and two boys with a one-hour ride at Sandland. I was back-and-forth on whether or not to splurge and go with the longer ride as the cost difference ($30 per person for 30 minutes or $55 per person for 1 hour) added... More

This was the highlight of our coastal trip! My husband and I and two 20 year olds had a blast on the fast dune buggy ride. We all wished we had gone back a second time before we left. As we emerged onto the sand dunes we were awestruck. From then on it was one thrilling ride!! Definitely worth the... More
