We went for the 1/2 hour sandrail ride. It was amazing- like a roller coaster that doesn't end. Our guide, Mike I think, was great. He gave us lots of info on the buggies. My husband was so interested in how they are built. They make them themselves, no one else has them. We chose the sandrail buggy instead of... More

We did the 1 hr Sandrail fast buggy with Mike. We tore up, down and sometimes sideways around the humongous dunes. It's basically a one hour roller coaster ride that blasts sand all over you. Mike was awesome, and I personally got a kick out of his dry sense of humor, lol! We had a ride along the shoreline as... More

Beautiful views of the dunes and ocean. Our family of 6 had such a great time. Alex was our driver and was awesome. We did the 1 hr trip and was able to see so many areas of the dunes. We then took a ride along the beach. Be ready to get some sand blown in your face, but it's... More

People had said the dunes are impressive and worth seeing. Based on the reviews on here we decided to take the big sand buggy tour and it was amazing! The views of, and from, the dunes were impressive, the driver/tour-guide was fun and informative and the hour or so the tour lasted flew by. My 9 year old was sorry... More

We did the half hour sandrail ride with mike as our driver. Arrived early Right at 9am and booked a tour for 10:20 without a reservation. Went for a drive to the sand dunes park that is located a few miles past where you load the buggy. Was well worth the visit as the views were spectacular. The buggy ride... More

We also took the 30 minute ride in a buggy that holds 8 guests and a driver. $37 per person . Our family sat in the back row of 3. We had a great time. First off the drivers are extremely safety aware as they are driving but still able to give you a thrilling ride. And yes if you... More

my two kids and I (16& 11) did the 30 minute tour around 11:30 am and had fun. the dunes are cool and big and you just don't have that view from the highway. It was a gritty ride as the sand is flying all over you and gets in your hair and mouth if you are not careful. pockets... More

We did the 1 hour SandRail Tour with Kyle as a driver. There was myself and my two boys, aged 10 and 12 along with another family with kids the same age. The experience of flying through the sand dunes was one we will never forget. It is a definite heart pumping experience for all of us, but Kyle did... More
