Experience the Oregon Dunes and Family Fun Park at Sandland Adventures. Offering tours of the dunes since 1987, our professional drivers will show you a great time while you travel across an impressive natural wonder of endless shifting sand. You will also experience unique tree islands, various wildlife and the spectacular Siuslaw River.  Choose an exhilarating dune ride on our Sand Rails or a relaxing tour on our Giant Dune Buggies.  Our one hour tours also include traveling down our Pacific Ocean Beach.  Large or small groups can be accommodated on either tour. For those who prefer speed and excitement, try either a half hour 10 mile tour or an hour 20 mile tour. These 7 to 10 passenger Long Travel Sand Rails have over 20” of suspension travel and plenty of horsepower to take you on an exhilarating ride. If you prefer a slower pace, enjoy our interpretive Giant Dune Buggy Tour with many picture opportunities. Informative, scenic and fun describes this one hour dune buggy tour covering approximately 8 miles of dunes and 2 miles of ocean beach. Climbing and descending through the most beautiful, impressive dunes will be an unforgettable experience. After your dune ride, you can bump and splash on our Bumper Boats, race on our Grand Prix style Go-Kart Track, play a round of Miniature Golf or take a ride on the Cloverline Railroad. We are located less than one mile south of Florence on Hwy 101.

We originally thought the tours were full (online checking) but did a drive by/stop-in...as we were on our way to a competitors. The front office staff was professional, courteous and friendly. We were able to get in quickly on the 30 minute thrill ride for 2 adults & 2 kids (boys ages 8 & 10 1/2)! OMG - what a... More

We took the hour long sand rail dune buggy tour. It was AMAZING. The service was excellent. The driver was professional and gave us the ride of our life! The equipment was in good condition and safety gear was provided. Thrilling adventure that was worth the price.

To be fair, I had different expectations. I was expecting some fun rolling hills and roller coaster like thrills. We picked the large dune buggy tour as we had little kiddos, ages 4,7, and 10. I would compare this tour to a merry go round at the fair. pleasant, but notsomething you want to do more than once. I was... More

My family (husband and two teens 17 & 13) signed up for the 30 minute ride. We had a wonderful exhilarating ride. Both the kids were given helmets. Our seat belts were checked several times. I felt very safe. The ride was a lot of fun. We took lots of crazy turns and went fast. Our driver and guide was... More

This was a truly unexpected gem. We went on the large dune buggy tour. It was fun and the guide that took us on the tour was excellent. Love this, will return to try the sand rail tour next time. and this place was less expensive than most that we searched.

Glad you enjoyed your ride through the Oregon Dunes with us. Our Giant Buggy drivers have years of experience driving the Sandrails before they are trained to drive our Giant Buggies. This makes them very knowledgeable about the Dunes. I hope you will give the Sandrail tour a try, If you are unsure you will like the speed or tend... More

It was a last minute stop , and boy we had a blast! We were on a six person sand rail that was fast with lots of jumps. The views of the ocean beach and dunes were incredible!

My family was on spring break, and we wanted to experience the Oregon Dunes on a dune buggy tour. Sandland was the least advertised of the 3 big names, but Spinreel was doing maintenance and Sand Dunes Frontier's seat belts couldn't secure my 6-year-old. SDF to their credit suggested I go 4 miles up the street to Sandland (who I... More

One of our stops in Oregon last summer was Sandland Adventures. We have been wanting to go on the dunes for a few years and finally found a day that worked for us. What a great decision! Not for the faint of heart or the weak of stomach, the dunes are a bouncy, bumpy, stomach-dropping ride which I would recommend... More

We road the sand rails in Florence, Oregon. What a thrill ride!! I would go again and recommend this exciting ride to anyone who likes rollercoasters!! It's like a roller coaster but on land. So fast and thrilling and they stop to take your picture in the sand rail. We went on the half hour ride and boy was it... More

We chose to have an expert drive the vehicle on the dunes because of several recommendations from friends who travelled the coast. While our experience was nothing short of exhilarating, other's reported feeling cautious and not having any fun. One of the highlights of our trip to the Oregon Coast,
