Wow, what a romantic setting - a sunny, warm day, outside under an umbrella, sitting above the vineyards ripe with fruit. The staff at King Estate is professional, very "on it", from the wine tasting staff, the hostess, to busboys & wait staff. They all went out of their way to see that everything was perfect for us. We spent... More

This was tasting of some good wines, very friendly and knowledgable staff. Learned that cascades raptor center has a charity event here each year. Very pretty buildings and grounds.

King Estates sits on a hillside overlooking the beautiful Lorane valley. The area is sparsely populated and with a bit of imagination, it's similar to looking out onto the much larger Umbria landscape of Italy. In the spring, the fields of green and the darker fir and pine trees sparkle in the sunlight, or if you are there on a... More

Wife Donna and I attended a client social/investment seminar hosted by JPMorgan Chase. There were about 50 clients. Hors d'oeuvres and some of King Estate's wines were served; while Donna and I are not normally wine drinkers, the quiet elegance of our surroundings - coupled with some very agreeable wines - made the evening highly enjoyable.

The Winert is beautiful and truly reminds one of Tuscany. It is really nice to sit outside in Summer but it is very cosy inside. The food is excellent and presented and served beautifully.

I only went for the wine tasting at King's designer estate, which is a very reasonable $10, served up by knowledgeable pourers (ask for Nicholas if he's around). So, I can't comment on the restaurant part of the experience. In terms of wine tasting, best is to cozy up to the wine club members so you can taste the more... More

This place is truly amazing! You will think you are in an expansive, beautiful French chateau with grape vines as far as the eye can see. Bring your friends and spend some time winding up the beautiful road that takes you to this winery. Plan to spend an hour sipping and sampling their wonderful wines and enjoying the beautiful tasting... More

This place is beautiful. We had lunch outside overlooking the grapes. The drive from Eugene was very winding so I recommend having a designated driver or sticking to just one glass of wine. The food was very good and the wine was great. They do have quite a few yellow jackets outside, but they didn't bother us too much. Their... More

An enormous amount of money has been sunk into this winery and restaurant. The result is a spectacular estate: luxurious in appearance; impeccable vines; outstanding wines and top quality food. Right down to the smallest detail, such as charging stations for electric cars, this is a 21st Century attraction. I focussed on the wines. I sampled six (normally one gets... More

You can taste many wines at King Estate but the real attraction for me is the beautiful location on top of a hill. Many wines to taste - not my favorite since I am a big red fan but definitely well done. The restaurant is excellent
