Open Saturdays 10-5 from April-mid November. Each Saturday Lane County's favorite artisans, chefs and musicians bring their creations to Saturday Market, Eugene's weekly open-air Marketplace, creating a vibrant event that nurtures local commerce and community. Founded in May of 1970, Eugene's Saturday Market is Oregon's original Saturday Market, and the oldest weekly open-air crafts festival in the United States.

Wander among the 200 booths filled with fine handcrafts, always sold by the artisans themselves. Jewelers, potters, seamstresses, candle makers, glass workers and many more bring their arts to sell. The International Food Court features seventeen food booths serving a wide array of foods prepared fresh on site, including burritos, pad thai, pizza and cheesecake. The Market Stage showcases local and regional musicians playing everything from original folk to jazz, Celtic music to rock-and-roll all day long. Lane County Farmers' Market is just across the street each Saturday. Two nearby parking structures provide plenty of free parking, and the area is fully wheelchair accessible.

Absolutely enjoy the sites and sounds of the holiday market! Plenty of local craftsmen selling their wares. Friendly people, with smiles galore. The local food of the spring and summer market is always plentiful. If you have an aversion to strong smells, being indoors may be a trigger for you, so be warned that the smells mix together and can... More

Eugene Saturday Market is a unique place to go when you're looking for gift ideas or just to eat the tasty food and listen to the music. The local merchants are rather friendly. My favorite is Earth & Sea Salts vendor and I met the owner, Bridgette. She's knowledgeable about eating healthy and all her seasoning blends are organic and... More

If you look for an entertaining morning that is a good place to go. The produce stalls are great and there is a plethora of items on the crafts market. You might not desperately need most of them but they many of them are truly unique. There is good street food and often good live music.

We visited the market before an Oregon Ducks home football game. There is a good selection of booths and various items for sale. The food booths mostly offered small samples, and there was a good array from which to choose. There were plenty of produce stands. The arts and crafts type items were varied and of pretty good quality (better... More

I finished much of my holiday shopping at the Eugene Saturday Market. Plenty of nearby parking (there's a garage one block away), and lots to see and do. There's an entire food section with street vendors selling produce and prepared food. Plus, you can find beautiful ceramics, jewelry, and other craft items. It's huge, so plan ahead!

After so many years of Saturday Markets in my life I've settled on Sara's Tamales as my main reason to go there these days. That, and a stop at the farmer's market across the street for fresh stuff. But the tamales! Yumm. A surprise to find a prune and potato etc in a wonderful hot tamale with all the hot... More

Ram has beautiful rings made from silver spoons and forks with stones on them that are beautiful and unique. My son had a Mother's ring made for me and my daughter got a ring when she came home for a visit that I see in her instagram pictures :-)

Wonderfully organized farmers market/artisan faire/Oregonian music taste of Eugene. No catalog junk booths here...only items made by the vendor allowed. Dogs are not officially allowed, however a few vendors broke the rule. Lots of tie dye, unique items (leather masks), well made pottery, wood, good variety. Also no evidence of price fixing so shopping is more of an adventure. You... More
