While visiting Eugene excellent walk, strolling and jogging paths are found everywhere...it's easy to forget that the bustling University, with its grand old buildings mixed with stunning modern architecture on meticulously manicured lawns and gardens, is one of the best places to people watch and walk about. The campus is open to everyone so don't be intimidated. Grab a map... More

Went with my daughter as we review the U of Oregon as one of her options. I didn't realize that the school is among the 62 schools of the US that are research schools! They belong to an organization about that, whose name I don't recall now. Lots of money has been invested to the school and it pays off,... More

this is a quite amazing place - as a Brit I've never seen facilities of this quality before - the Nike $ goes a long way here. fabulous football stadium - great campus and even a rather marvellous minor league baseball team (the emeralds - highly recommended - great night out)

Eugene is a great city that I have fallen in love with since my oldest has been attending the UofO. The campus is amazing, with a rich history and beautiful grounds. I am not a football fan, but the stadium and a game is a must see. The town around the University is quaint and offers a nice assortment of... More

Who doesn't love the U of Oregon! This great university has a fabulous art museum with an amazing Asian collection and great traveling shows. This campus is practically in downtown Eugene and is well worth a wander through the beautiful greens. There are great restaurants near the campus and excellent shopping as well.

The campus is lovely with lots of trees and flowers, interesting buildings, and the Jordan Schnitzer Museum on Campus as well as a natural history museum. The U of O has grown to be an outstanding academic choice for students and of course a huge draw for Oregon Duck football fans.

We walked around while visiting Haywards field. The University was average and you could tell its focus was on sports not studies. The infrastructure was very worn and outdated facilities, but you don't go there for a modern campus you attend to become a great athlete and be apart of history.

Wish we had more time to have seen the campus, but now we can go back to Texas and say we saw the home of the Ducks
