The successful football program has obviously brought a lot of cash to the U of O campus, and they seem to be spending it wisely. Lots of new buildings and expansions to the gym and other facilities. Great for a stroll, rain or shine.

We walked around campus on Thanksgiving, enjoying the misty rain and the very quiet campus. My daughter will be transferring to nursing school soon, so I was taking in this stately and serene campus with a sense of melancholy. I have really enjoyed visiting her here, and love Eugene. Oregon is a terrific school with amazing resources and facilities, and... More

Besides having great football and track and field teams, the UofO is a very fine university with some first rate academic programs, such as music, business, journalism and the sciences. Any one looking at colleges for a relative or friend would be smart to investigate the University of Oregon.

Beautiful campus known for its abundance of trees and interesting buildings, both old and new. Give yourself time to enjoy the walking paths, original Deady and Villard halls, Pioneer Mother and Father statues, Ford Alumni Center, and "Uncle" Phil Knight's buildings (library, law building), among others. s

This is a great place for a Lovely autumn run. I ran 15th street through campus. Pioneer cemetery is really pretty and I ran by the historic track and the b-ball arena.

I have relatives who attended University of Oregon and enjoyed attending the school. When I was in Oregon in September, I enjoyed driving through and seeing the campus (albeit due to fires in Oregon it was a bit smoky throughout the state.) It was good to see the University of Oregon Ducks Football team and fans a month later at... More

The campus isn't what I would call gorgeous and I really expected more given how pretty Oregon is. It's just buildings on streets over several city blocks. Hayward Field is spectacular although it was under construction with a huge tent in the middle when I was there so I didn't get to see as much as I wanted.

I was taken aback by some of the really strange negative reviews. Folks, this is a university. The campus is beautiful and green and has some lovely old buildings. It's a nice place to walk around and soak in the atmosphere. There is a large pioneer cemetery adjacent with interesting old headstones. I happen to be an alumna of UO... More

I am an Alumni, graduated almost 20 years ago. Still love to visit for sports events or concerts. A lot has changed over the years but still has a small campus feel. Absolutely gorgeous campus, that is why Animal House was filmed here because ti looks like an Ivy League school.
