This trail is a pretty good one

The trail that I walk is Chris, which is easier on the joints. I feel pretty safe here by myself, I see a lot of younger women with their children milling about.

There is a big, fenced in area for dogs to run and play without a leash, and it's fun to watch them, too. The trail is long and gives you a decent venue to walk through some woods. Nice maintained trail with plenty of parking along the way!

Love this Running Walking Strolling Nature Watching Trail! This trail is in South Eugene and is flat easy and LONG enough for a good work out. It also has great 'destinations' such as the Hideaway Bakery or the Pad to walk to. This trail is always changing, has a creek running near it , and is wooded and beautiful

Beautiful run in south Eugene. Runs along a wetland and creek. Views of tall grass fields and forested area, passes a swimming pool, community center and a few playgrounds. Level. An excellent circular run that can be tailored to be slightly different each time you run it. Leashed dogs allowed. Goes by a large open dog run too!

The soft bark is much easier on the joints and the trails are well-maintained. Non-runners should show courtesy to runners by staying to the sides of the trail, not walking four abreast and keeping pets reined in on leashes and if you need to stop for a rest, please step off the trail. A lot of recreational as well as... More

This wood chip trail is a great feature for south Eugene. it is close to three miles long although you can break it into smaller sections. Parking is easy. In the rainy season some parts get pretty mushy. Very dog friendly.

This wood chip running trail follows the double streets of east and west Amazon, on two sides of the Amazon Creek than runs down the middle. It's several miles long with a very gradual slope to the south, a most popular place to get in some miles without having to cross more than a couple of streets, listening to the... More

This short, flat loop trail is a good place for a short walk or jog. Parking is easy at 24th St. and Pearl.
