Erath is a just a few miles from downtown Dundee, but it is like another world. Amidst acre upon acre of grapevines, Erath's winemaker creates inspired flavors for their wines. Bring some sandwiches from the Red Hills Market, and enjoy their fine wines and the view on the patio.

We stopped by on the way from Portland to the Bay Area. We had enjoyed Erath wines before, and decided to see the winery and taste the wines. The fellow who helped us was not very knowledgeable about wine, but he was very pleasant. The wines are excellent: I recommend all the pinots -- Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot... More

Excellent wines. Superb service. An education. And a view. The only thing they couldn't provide was the weather, but it was gorgeous anyway. If you can, treat yourself to the big sampling, and enjoy your afternoon. If wandering lovely hills to get there isn't enough, there are a week's worth of wineries to sample within a stone's throw.

We stopped here for a tasting. Although fine, it was a little disappointing. The service was bored and rushed. I understand someone else owns this label now. Lots of very commercial and highly distributed wine.

I only got to visit a few of the wineries in Oregon, but this was my favorite. The tasting was incredible, and I liked all of the wines that I tasted. I ended up purchasing the Pinot Gris Rose to take home. The tasting fee is only $10, and you get to taste 6 wines. It's a great value compared... More

Friendly staff and a great value. Their Pinot Noir is always one of my favorite light reds, very comfortable patio.

We have been Erath fans for years and were so happy to finally visit the winery. Our server did a good job of explaining each of the wines and we enjoyed the visit. However we were disappointed to learn that Erath doesn't grow any of its grapes. It purchases from other vineyards.

This winery was our first stop in our tasting tour of the Dundee Hills and was probably for the best. The wines were ok, but we have found better at most other wineries. For the $10 tasting fee, you will get to sample six wines.

We love Erath wines. Their Pinot Noirs are always top notch, and the winery itself is a taste treat for the eyes. We are delighted to be members of their wine club and look forward to every shipment.

Enjoyed a tasting flight and cheese plate on the patio overlooking the valley. Couldn't ask for a better afternoon. Wines are very reasonably priced for the novice wine drinker.
