This is such a fun event to go to if you are in CB during a weekend and they also offer some Sunday matinees. It's a cozy, close theatre...and no bad seats. It really is great fun and the 'talent' is really very good. Well worth the time and expense.

Very unique plays, each one with many performances. Check with the Coaster for an annual schedule of performances, you'll be glad that you did.

We visit the area a few times a year but have never attended any events here until we saw Curtis Salgado was playing - what a great venue! There isn't a bad seat in the house!

A couple of weeks ago we went the The Coaster Theater in Cannon Beach to see "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown!" The stage is very small and the seats are uncomfortable. The quality of the show was on the level of an elementary school musical. Very blah props, costumes were street clothes, the singing was not that good and... More

My wife and I have been to several comedies as well as musicals here ( most recently You're A Good Man Charlie Brown) and each time we thoroughly enjoyed our evening of entertainment. There is a brief intermission for coffee and cookies before the conclusion of the show. Parking may be found in the rear of the theater or on... More

Though my husband and me ran out of time to enjoy the excellent movies offered, we will, next year, be sure to visit the theatre!

Good show - always fun to take in a show here while we are in town. The seats are all good seats no matter where you sit - you will have a good view.

When planning a trip to Cannon Beach, I check both the weather forecast and what's playing at the Coaster Theatre since nightlife is almost nonexistent except for this live theater. This is their 40th Anniversary Year. Prior to this playhouse the site was a Coaster Roller Rink. Each of the many plays I've seen here was well done. Every season... More

For a small coast theater I was pleasantly surprised to see a packed house and an amazing show. The performers were top notch with a lot of energy. So glad we came to a show!!

The Coaster Theatre is pretty much the only thing resembling nightlife in Cannon Beach. We saw Arsenic and Old Lace, which was pretty well produced and acted - especially considering the theater is essentially a volunteer operation! Tickets are very cheap and all the seats offer a great view. Altogether it made for a fun night out. Definitely try to... More
