Pretty beach that's easy to reach. Soft sand, interesting rock formations, great photo opps... heck, it even has restroom facilities.

This is a long stretch of beach with lots of hiking, biking trails. Some beaches and sites are only accessible by hiking but there are lots of spots that you can park next to the beaches.

We had been planning to visit here for months after reading an article by Huff Post ages ago. Went here today and were very dissapointed! It is better to walk the entire 27 mile trail because each stop over isnt as easy to view as it ought to be. Furthermore, lots of turn offs require a whole hike up and... More

Words do not do this stretch of Oregon coastline justice. Some points remind you of Ireland, some of Italy's Amalfi Coast and all are drop-dead gorgeous. There are hiking trails throughout this gem of a park that connect to the Oregon Coastal Trail. It took us an entire day to drive from the California border to Gold Beach because of... More

This Park along the Southern Oregon is in my personal and very humble opinion, and everyone has an opinion, whereas my opinion about this Park is undeniably indisputable... Hm Hhmm, this Park is Spectacular and the very reason why, I believe the Southern Coast rivals the Northern Coast. Of course that being said, you would have to agree if you... More

What a beautiful series of beautiful beaches, nice trails and spectacular vistas. We will be back. The rest areas are well maintained and landscaped with natural plants.

The ride was worth it. The south Oregon coast is what you think Oregon looks like. The only stop you could pass on would be the man made bridge.

You can catch the hiking trails all along this part of the coast. We start at Cape Ferrelo and end at Whaleshead. The hike offers many vistas of the ocean, and the beautiful flora of the southern oregon coast. The hike is not challenging and beautiful.

I've been coming to Boardman State park since the 60's. The park is huge and stretches for miles along the coast and highway 101. There are many great beaches to walk, or coves to explore, or vistas to take in along it's trails. Great park!
