Just finished up Advanced Luminosity Mask workshop with Sean Bagshaw at Cascade Center of Photography. As always nothing but the best from Cascade. If photography is your passion you need to take advantage of all the great workshops and trips Cacade offers. Great value for the money.

What an excellent week of photography! Everything was planned to get us to the best locations and during the best light of day. Lodging and transportation was adequate and restaurant meals were hearty and varied (not fast food chains.) Both group leaders, Christian Heeb and Sean Bagshaw, assisted with composition and technique throughout the day and gave overviews of each... More

This was my first trip to the Eastern Sierra's. I wanted to visit a few places & get to learn photography at the same time. The instructors, Christian Heeb & Sean Bagshaw were a good team. Sean came early & scoped out the right places to shoot fall color. The eleven of us travelled in a van & a subaru... More

This was a one-week photography tour of the Eastern Sierras (out of Reno) with Christian Heeb and Sean Bagshaw. Both are excellent guides and instructors. I came back with my head full of new information and wonderful memories. The workshop was small (11 including instructors) and we all got to know each other. We captured beautiful sunrises and sunsets, glowing... More

This was another great outing with the Cascade Center of Photography. As has been my experience in the past, these outings are kept small, with 8 - 10 participants being the maximum. A quick introduction at the Center and then a fairly long drive to Fort Rock, provided an excellent opportunity to become acquainted and interact with the other members... More

I was in Bend with the family and I set up a personal 2-hour photography session with Cascade Center of Photography. It was easy to do via e-mail and they accommodated my preferred time. I had an excellent lesson from Charlie Borland, a well known professional nature photographer from the area. Charlie tailored the session to my needs and it... More

What a fun photo tour and a fun group of people! We started in the bright lights of Reno and, quickly, headed off into the Nevada Desert to explore ghost towns. Christian and David had selected some amazing ghost towns for us to shoot, but were flexible enough to adapt the itinerary when a wonderful photographic opportunity presented itself. If... More

This was my first tour with CCoP but is not likely to be my last. Both Christian and David were incredible leaders and very helpful both in the field as well as on the computer with photography instruction. I ask a lot of questions but I don't recall one that they could not answer. They even included a photo processing... More

A terrific photo workshop well planned and executed by David Cobb & Christian Heeb. Included multiple sites in Nevada and in California. Early AM and night photography as well as portrait photography. Knowledgeable, articulate instructors who are flexible. Small group of enthusiastic seasoned amateurs attended and everyone learned something. Recommend checking their schedules for future photo tours. I will.

This was a fantastic workshop. David Cobb and Christian Heebe scouted good locations for us, got us there in time for the great light and, just in general, helped make the trip a really enjoyable time. A highlight was the night photography at the Car Graveyard. Their expertise with lighting helped us all come back with some terrific images. Can't... More
