I'm a PGA golf professional and take about 5 groups a year to Bandon Dunes. Our last trip was a couples trip with 32 players and the day we got home I said shall we do this again next year? I now have 36 already signed up for next year!!!! Bandon Dunes is ALWAYS a blast.

We booked nine months early for a late March golf trip. All of us drove each other nuts checking the weather reports daily. My first advice is to stop checking the weather. It is going to be very windy and likely rainy. It rained heavily our first day and the second day was one of those wrath of God weather... More

Pricey as it is a resort. Guy oriented, Spartan almost to a fault. Pillows, bed clothes, even furniture probably all need an update. Needs a change from the 1970 military chic, especially in the select lodge rooms. Golf is without peer in U.S., but can get very windy - something you should know if you've never been.

This was my fifth year in a row going to Bandon Dunes in January and they have never disappointed. It hit 75 degrees one day and there was no rain the whole week. Bandon Dunes staff and grounds are the best I've seen and they know how to treat their guests.

I played the Bandon Dunes course, starting at 8:00 on a recent Friday. Luckily, we hit the weather in the sweetspot - 45 degrees at start, no wind with a high of 60 by the time I finished 4:10 later. Pace of play was excellent - 10 minute start times, and my caddie, Thomas, knew the course like the back... More

This was my fourth trip to Bandon. It is always a wonderful experience. Possibly the best grouping of courses in the world. Very comfortable accommodations and service standards that exceed all expectations both on the course and off. First Class in every way. I will return as soon as I can.

I have now played Pacific Dunes, Bandon Dunes and Bandon Trails in the last 9 months. It was just fabulous! We watched the weather reports starting 10 days ahead of time and played in 55 degree temps, partly sunny with 5mph winds. Perfecto! Played Bandon Dunes and Bandon trails in Dec People, these courses are to die for. Bucket list... More

Scratched another off my bucket list this weekend. Bandon Dunes! ( I've played Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, Torrey Pines, Pacific Dunes March this year) It was to die for! Perfect day, 55 degrees, 5mph wind, partial sun. It was only $75 this time of year. EVERY hole was memorable. Just to step on one of the top 10 public access... More

About the greens at these courses. Have they ever played links golf before? Just played Pacific and Old MacDonalds, and as in the past they played their toughest. The weather affects your play, and putting on these greens is demanding. But this is real golf. The employees, to a person, have been extremely accommodating. Their service level places them in... The facility is first-class all the way. Just as you would expect from a place that has four of the top-rated courses in the world. When many of their clients fly all the way from Europe just to play here you know it's good. We played Bandon Dunes and Bandon Trails this year. Of the two, we preferred the Trails... More
