"Outstanding Golf", "Best Golf Resort", "Excellent Service". Those were my expectations prior to our visit. The expectations were met! I cannot believe the 8 Poor reviews and could not bring them up on my iPad. We stayed at Chrome Lake Lodge. The rooms are expected to be spartan and they were. However they were not close to drab. In fact,... More

I love Hawaii. Whistling Straits is amazing. Orlando and Scottsdale have great golf courses... BUT, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is the very Best golf resort I have visited in the U.S.A. The Resort was easy to find in our rental car, 30 minutes down 101 from the North Bend Airport. We bookended a few days in San Francisco to make... More

our room at the Inn was large and comfortable, but a little bit away from the main areas. Staff could not have been more helpful. Pacific Dunes course greens were really in bad shape and the only negative of the whole experience. Bandon Dunes course was awesome and the greens were better. Old MacDonald was very nice also. Practice your... More

Bandon Dunes is the perfect golf destination for hard-core golfers. The rooms are designed for golfers that there are no singles, the restaurants are all 4-tops, and the golf is unbelievable. The caddies are also the best in the business. Each of the 4 courses are among the best in the world. If you are hesitant because of the location... More

Admittedly, we were there on 2 perfect days; no wind, no rain, beautiful sunset, perfect golf conditions and even some sunshine. But, that is not all it's about. The wait staff in the restaurants, the golf caddies, the shuttle drivers and the check in staff were all personable, professional and accommodating. As an example, we were only intending to stay... I spent three days at Bandon Dunes in late September with a group of eight golfers. We played all of the golf courses at the Bandon Dunes resort and stayed in the Lily Pond accommodations on the property. The main thing to keep in mind about Bandon Dunes is that it is a golf resort, and only a golf resort.... More

I spent a week at Bandon Dunes. Stayed at the Inn which was first class and conveniently located. Played all four courses ,one twice and the Bandon Preserve par 3... Although the resort was 90% full the resort handled the numbers exceedingly well both in terms of golfing round times and breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Most golfers will know all... More

Lived up to its reputation. Spectacular vistas force you to enjoy the scenery as you play the ocean courses. Inland courses were equally pleasing. Bandon Dunes course was worn out with bare patches in the fairways and sub par greens. All others were in great shape. Punch bowl was great fun....highly recommend for post round fun and recreation. Don't bother... More

Links golf a la Scotland, gorse and all. Caddies are great and worth the money. A huge change from East Coast golf. No carts so be ready to walk!

Although golf is "lady friendly" the resort lacks a women's touch. When you pay $250+ for a hotel room it should be more than a dorm room. After a round of golf no matter time of day there is nothing else to do. There is a massage center that offers no other "spa services". None of the restaurants have linens.... More
