This is a neat park. Has a few play areas and a large splash pad. In the park is a nature center (FREE) a Zoo (pay) and a golf course (pay). It is a large park and has different events frequently. Plenty of parking and area to roam. Also shelters you can use that are nice.

Mohawk is large park which is home to the Tulsa Zoo, Mohawk Golf Course, and the Oxley Nature Center. Here you will find picnic areas, shelters, splash pads, plagrounds, hiking trails, and Bird Creek which is a good place to teach little kids how to fish. Also there is a lot of wildlife to observe, Deers, birds, rabbits, snakes, and... More

A nice place to visit on a holiday weekend. Wide open spaces and a lot of picnic areas for families to gather for a leisurely luncheon. Better get there early though because the good spots are snapped up quickly by the locals. It was a hot day so we did not stay long but in the same vein, there were... More

This is a great place for picnics or just a day out at the park. There is so much room and shade it's hard to beat. With the Zoo so close it's definitely a place you want to visit and plan a trip to have some fun!

Splash pad for the kids, park, golf nearby, frisbee golf, Lots of picnic areas and tables throughout, duck pond, fishing, walking trails. There is also a polo field where they have polo occasionally. Tons of land and places to explore. I will say not to leave valuables in your car as I have had items stolen before. It is going... More

Tulsa's Zoo, inside Mohawk Park was voted the best, and it is a great, family friendly zoo.....but far from the best I've seen. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it.....great displays, food, drinks, and fun......but it can't compare to SAn Diego Zoo or many others.

GREAT place to bring the dogs, especially during the week when fewer people are there. Very spacious with nature trails and ponds. Good place to picky-nik, Yogi!

I have fond memories of this park from my youth. It is still a great place to go. Small and bare? Are you for real? Did you know it is the third largest municipal park in the United States? Bill G
