Great place

Great place to go and walk the trail after a long day at the office. The walking oath is near the river. Many people were out in the trail but it was not overly crowded.

Tulsa is so fortunate to have this park. It is miles long and runs along the Arkansas River. There are paved trails, playgrounds, splash pads, disc golf, big trees and beautiful views. This is the place where Tulsans go to meet friends, bike, jog, walk their dogs, and even fish. Good bird sightings from pelicans to bald eagles and Hawks?... More

If you are in Tulsa for business and you are staying near downtown and want to go for a run, ask your desk clerk for directions to the River Parks. It is one to two miles from downtown, depending on your location but they have limited parking if you want to drive there. The view in the early morning or... More

The River Parks are a great place to be in Tulsa during the summer. In the evening, cool breezes from the river are a welcome respite from the day's heat. The sunsets from the eastern side of the river are terrific.

This is a huge park on both sides of the river. Just about everybody can find something they will like to do. Some areas are closed this summer.

The River Park area of Tulsa is my favorite part of the city. I frequent the trails, enjoy the tranquility of the river, and appreciate the bronze statues of nature that line the trail. There are bicycles available to rent for free at 96th, 41st, and 19th Streets, free concerts, a park for the kids at 41st, and fitness equipment... More

This is a beautiful park along the river close to the downtown area. During the day people on Roller Blades, throwing frisbees, walking dogs, and/or picnicking. Dusk is a perfect time to take a walk over the extra wide covered bridge across the river. It is also a perfect place for a marriage proposal.

Running for miles along the Arkansas river, the is an urban treat. Great for cycling, running, walking, or picnicking. There is a massive expansion project that means the trail on the East side of the river is closed, at least for now.

Walking by the Arkansas River, surrounded by beautiful greenery...This is how all parks should be. It was a rainy day, so there weren't many other park goers, but even if there had been, there was more than enough space for everyone. It was so peaceful, if I lived in Tulsa this would be a daily spot.
