The Tulsa zoo is a great zoo for the family. We live an hour and a half way, yet still get a family season pass. We have not been able to see all the exhibits in one trip, so it's fun going back time after time and seeing something different every time. Or something we have not scene in a... more

WE love the zoo!!! They make a family membership so affordable and it has a ton of perks. Members get the chance to camp overnight at the zoo 4 times a year (for an additional fee). Members have special free nights that include crafts, unlimited train/carousel etc. The zoo is great and you should definately consider a yearly membership!!! more

The Tulsa Zoo has always been my favorite zoo. For starter it is HUGE. :D The animals are beautiful and the staff has always been the best. In the summer you may get worn out quickly in the heat , so it is best visited in the spring or fall. more

I took my 3 year old daughter and my 14 year old nephew. We had a great time. There are lots of buildings to look at things that are inside in case of a hot day. The animals are pretty up close. which is good since the 3 year old would have a difficult time paying attention to things that... more

Many exhibits were empty, the layout was somewhat confusing, animals were in the wrong locations and there were many animals we could see by walking around in nature at home such as deer and turtles. Some of the things we... more

I had heard the Tulsa Zoo was a good zoo to visit. I was disappointed. It felt like an old time zoo - not very interactive - animals in small areas with cages and fences. It was very hot with not a lot of shade for the animals or the humans! Train ride was $1 and lasted like 3 minutes.... more

I have been a member of the Tulsa Zoo for fifteen years and every year the zoo continues to get better. Every time we have someone come in from out of state we try to bring them to the Tulsa Zoo. I do suggest that you bring your walking shoes because the zoo is large, 84 acres to be exact.... more
