This is a smaller zoo. You can get through it in a couple of hours. It is well-maintained and clean. The admission is affordable. The food is pretty good. If you are expecting the San Diego zoo, you will be disappointed. This is not that type of zoo, but it is still nice and worth seeing if you are in... More

The Tulsa Zoo is always working to improve their animal's enclosures. They just updated many areas and walkways. My favorite part of the zoo is the walk in rain forest area.

I am a regular patron of the Tulsa Zoo, attending on an almost weekly basis. I have a year-round "Zoo Friends" membership and everything. So, I really do enjoy the zoo and the exhibits, but I went yesterday for my birthday and I was really disappointed. Because I frequent the zoo so often, I have learned what animals are in... More

We recently ventured to the Hallowzooeen event at the Tulsa Zoo. We had not previously attended this event since we didn't have children, but we now have a toddler who seemed just the right age for "goblin stops" and "spooky train rides" etc. Firstly, we arrived when the zoo opened for this special week-long event and it took us approximately... Not the biggest zoo but very nice. Clean, family friendly, like penguins. Seems like always making improvements.

The Tulsa Zoo is set in in Mohawk Park which is beautiful and large. There is a lot of walking a the zoo, but nearly everything is accessible if you are disabled. There are plenty of hands on and engaging things for kids - small and large. The Sea Lion show is terrific. The only negative I have to offer... More

Visited the zoo. I was so depressed after seeing the state of the following animals. The first was the smallest wild cat. Alone in the smallest enclosure. Wailing pitifully and pacing up and down up and down crying. It was so upsetting. No stimulation. Sad and displaying manic and depressed behaviours. Moving onto the porcupine. Once again. The male..... Pacing.... More

I have been here many times over the years. I started going as a child in school, took all my kids here growing up, and enjoy going back now to see it again. Everything is very well maintained and the staff is very good.

We could go here every weekend, we love our zoo. Large, sprawling beautiful grounds, excellent outdoor playground and a very diverse group of animals. Some exhibits are in desperate need of a facelift, but the newer exhibits are awesome.

Recently visited the Tulsa Zoo for the first time. The attractions were good and most animals were out and about. There were quite a few attractions that were empty and/or being remodeled though. Every ride costs extra so be prepared and bring extra cash. Parking is ample and there are plenty of rest stations throughout the zoo.
