Gorgeous museum that you need to visit

Brilliant collection which keeps changing and the location is stunning. Visit on a sunny day so you can take advantage of the gardens.

Focus here is not really that art. The house proper is wonderful and the gardens gorgeous. Easy parking but rather pricey for what it offers.

The museum is amazing, but the gardens are out of this world! I could walk around in them for hours. This also has a great restarurant inside. A "must see" if you are in Tulsa

The location and beauty of the museum itself is impressive without even going inside. Once inside the art is breath taking. You have a chance to see works from the old masters, along with modern art. Going through the museum you learn more about the house which was once a residence, and get to view the beautiful grounds.

Art Explosion- This former mansion of a Phillips brother, Oil and Gasoline magnate, is a place of art, beautiful grounds, and contemporary art exhibits. You will see smaller collections of Asian and Egyptian art, and larger collections of Indian and Renaissance art. Spend the day. The grounds are beautiful with formal gardens and a reflection pool with gazebo. There is... More

Although a bit out of the way, well worth finding. We spent plenty of time admiring the works of art and our lunch at the restaurant was very special - recommended

We really enjoyed our visit! This was a villa that has been turned into an art museum. There's art and collectibles from the original owners and also pieces purchased by the museum. The art is outstanding and very impressive. Then you walk outside and see the grounds! Oh my gosh, they're gorgeous!

Philbrook has a wonderful collection, but a visit should be just as much about enjoying the building and gardens as well. It is ideally located to have a nice meal downtown or in the Utica area before or after your visit. If it is a hot day, I would suggest touring the gardens early and then coming back inside to... Well worth a visit if for no other reason to explore the exquisite grounds. You do not need more than a couple hours to walk grounds and see collection.
