I've been to lots of small galleries in US and Canada with better art collections, but none that can match the beauty of this building and grounds. It is worth going to just to see the building and for the outside experience. If you are in Tulsa, or anywhere close, you should see this place. Plan to spend at least... More

The grounds are beautiful. I could picture the 1920's having parties in the gardens. I love the Indian realics and pictures and paintings. Very worth while in seeing

For things to do in Tulsa, you can't miss this. Very well managed and kept up. The backside garden is stunning. Priceless works of art inside from all over the world. Special exhibitions too. Right now there is a Monet exhibit. Closes at 5pm except Thursday, open till 8pm. Good for a date night. Air conditioned.

Monet is on display right now and it is well worth going to! Can't wait to see who they have next! Also loved seeing Picasso!

very nice museum with a good selection. Recent Monet exhibit was nicely done. An eclectic collection with very lovely sculptures and some terrific 19th century pieces. Quite large group of religious paintings and icons.

If you have to choose between Philbrook and Gilcrease, choose Philbrook. The only exception would be if you like bronzes. I don't particularly appreciate them and Gilcrease sure had alot. Philbrook is a lovely museum to visit. The grounds are as special as the artwork, if not more so. I had the extras special treat of sitting in on a... More

Very nice little museum. One wouldn't expect it, but there are works of Picasso, Rodin, and Monet inside. The tour given was interesting, but a little long and too focused on the rich family who donated the mansion in which the museum resides. All oil money, but hey, it's a cool place to visit. A little pricey at $15 in... More

This summer's traveling exhibit at the Philbrook features the work of Claude Monet, and is well worth taking the time to see. There is an extra fee to see the Monet exhibit.
