I didn't go inside but it's a must see! Very impressive! The architecture is beautiful! Plus, you can the bells ring on the evening and it made a nice melody :)

Spectacular example of Art Deco architecture in the heart of lovely Tulsa. Stop by to admire the decor. If you are staying consider a service. They have everything you can think of for children including summer camp activities and they welcome visitors. A must see on an architectural tour of Tulsa!

This is a very imposing piece of art deco architecture, well worth a few minutes look-in. Within walking distance of other downtown destinations.

This is an old school building which gives it sooo much charm. The church is located in downtown tulsa and nothing holds a candle to it. The services are not to long and really beautiful.

With a prominent site on a bend in Boston road just south of downtown, the Boston Avenue Methodist Church tower cannot be missed. Although the exterior proportions are a little off-putting, the interior is a unique example of church architecture from the period. The sanctuary, and especially he repeating pattern stained glass windows are not to be missed on any... More

Boston Avenue is a beautiful example of Art Deco in a church. The architecture is superb. I haven't been to a service in years but the sanctuary is something to see.

This art deco church is a massive structure. It dominates the area. The exterior is art deco from the 1920's. The interior was mainly a rose colored experience for the carpets and walls. There is a feeling of praying hands outline in the windows and door frames which have an inverted V shape at the top of each window or... More

The architecture of the outside AND inside of this church are just simply NOT to be missed! We were amazed! We weren't able to access entry via the front doors, so went around to the South doors where the administration offices are, and were told that we had permission to self-tour the church. The awesome organist was practicing, so the... More

We came to Tulsa specifically to see the Art Deco architecture and we were not disappointed. The highlight was the Methodist Church. What an amazing building and you are able to access all of the areas in the church. There are amazing details wherever you look. We did a self walking tour of all the historical buildings in the centre... More
