While the collection in this museum is not as large as those found in major metropolitan areas, it is worthwhile. The amazing glass sculpture leaves an impression long after you leave the museum.

We loved this. It was inexpensive and we could've spent hours there. The glass exhibit was just beautiful. The sculpture exhibit on the roof was great too.

One of the joys of our premium membership in another museum is the reciprocal benefits with other national members of the NARM (North American Reciprocal Museums). The OK City Museum of Art is small, but it is really well thought out, and its small size makes it really easy to digest and not get overwhelmed. We were lucky to see... More

Definitely worth a visit. Must see the wonderful, expansive Chihuly exhibit. They have a nice little café and there is always something interesting in the gift shop

Very nice museum in the heart of downtown. Small permanent collection. Fantastic current exhibit of French Neo-Classical art titled: Gods and Heroes: Masterpieces from the École des Beaux-Arts, Paris. The Chihuly glass exhibit is strange, but fascinating.

It a smaller art museum but it's absolutely worth a look. I think the admission is a little pricey for what was on exhibit but I loved the permanent glass collection. The front sculpture (view able from the outside) is gorgeous and my favorite part of the museum was the hallway with the ceiling of glass. Really beautiful work. I... More

It's the Chihuly piece gracing the entry to this grand ole' once famous mid town movie house theatre that draws you in... It's the excellently displayed art & artifacts that make you stay, and stay enthralled. They have some top notch traveling exhibits as well. The Museum is close to many local eateries if you can't afford to dine at... More

Okay, okay. I'm an art museum snob. I grew up a quick train ride from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. I travel to specific cities JUST to visit their art museums. OKC wasn't one of those places--and what a surprise! It's a really nice collection for a small city! I was very impressed with the building and the... More

Chihuly glass exhibits are fascinating and extensive. Gods and Heroes Exhibit is neatly displayed with drawing benches for you to try your own hand and sketching a sculpture or piece of art that moves you. This was fun for myself, my 19 and 10 yo. My 16 year old isn't much on Art museums, but did enjoy the second floor... More

it has wonderful collection of arts and there're a few items that are interactive, not to mention an extensive gallery of Chihuly's famous glass (we visited Chihuly Glass Garden in Seattle a month ago but we're still blown away at the OKC MoA).. However, some of the staff's attitude were very unpleasant. We arrived at 415pm and an unfriendly older... More
