We took the water taxi with a family group who were all from out of town. We all enjoyed the history and stories the guide told.

Short ride with most places closed around 2pm weekday. Doesn't hold a candle to the river walk in San Antonio. Nice people and clean with a lot of construction. It is growing.

Reading the reviews, it seems that a lot of the Water Taxi experience depends on the boat guide. We had a great one - full of history and stories about Bricktown. He was able to answer all the questions that the people on the boat asked. The all-day wristband pass was $9.50, which allows you to use the boat like... More

We enjoyed the water taxi ride thru Bricktown. Boat guide was informative and entertaining. Price for the ride is a bit pricey - $9.50 for adults. It really doesn't go very far and not sure why you would want an all day ticket. We only rode it once.

The guide was very enjoyable and knowledgeable, we went at night when you couldn't see much, the lights aren't working by the statues which was a real bummer, but nothing to do with the water taxi itself. We were the last ones on the tour - they were very kind and allowed us to get on after he had already... More

Considering how expensive this was, I really thought we would be getting some kind of information that was relevant to the history of the area. There was not much of that coming forth and the ride was brief. I think you could save your money and walk it rather than pay for the ride.

My family and I took this ride thinking it was going to take us up and down the attractions letting us off at different points. Our thought it was like a bus taking people around the canal and sites. Not really....! Its a very limited trip with volunteer "boat" captains that pick visitors (for tips) up mid way, drive up... More

Okay...so this is really the Disney jungle cruise...but on a man made concrete canal through Bricktown. Its a handy way to see more of Bricktown without walking ...but if you are able to walk the area, go that route instead and save your money!

If you want to get around Bricktown and gave a humorous guided tour, try the Water Taxi. It'll drop you off and pick you up at various spots around Bricktown and Lower Bricktown. The drivers are funny, good at their jobs, and know how to keep the passengers entertained. Travel in style, on a water taxi!

If you're thinking this is similar to the canal tours in San Antonio, you will be sadly disappointed. The only reason the tour lasts 45 minutes is because the water taxi covers the same area twice at each end of the canal. They pick you up at the middle of the canal, take you to one end, turn around to... More
