At first glance, the river walk doesn't seem that impressive, by size or amenities. But when you take the water taxi, it reveals the entire breadth of the river and extent of Bricktown. This area is not nearly as large as the Riverwalk in San Antonio, but it looks cleaner and more beautiful. They actually drain the river every 4... More

A nice ride through the canals--40 minutes went awfully fast. We had great driver who knew lots of info to share. The shade on the ride was great to escape from the hot August sun. The space for passenger seating is pretty tight--two rows facing each other on each half of the taxi. Ours was not full--had it been, there... More

Very enjoyable slow ride through the canal area of the city. Quite a bit of good information about the city and how it's been revitalized. A good way of taking a break from the heat during the summer months. I would recommend taking it first when visiting the city so as to get a better idea of where you would... More

We had the perfect evening for a ride. Though it was July in OKC the weather was almost perfect warm, but a gentle breeze as we made our way through the canal taking in the sights. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, fun and professional. We learned a lot about the history of the bricktown area. Fun and relaxing ride.

We went on a Monday night and it was getting very cloudy and rainy looking. The place where you bought tickets for the taxis was being remodeled and the make-shift place was very hard to find and not well marked. The tickets are $10 each for adults. We got there with only a couple of hours left before closing for... More

Having traveled from Seattle, WA to visit family in Oklahoma we had only one night to spend downtown and chose to take the Bricktown Water Taxi/Tour. A bit crowded for our taste, but friendly, fun and interesting. Made for a cool evening on the town. The speakers on the boat should be louder, and the boats need to be a... More

Located at 111 S. Mickey Mantle Drive (the location of the ticket office), the ride is a little pricey ($8?) for the amount of time spent cruising the canal (about 25 minutes) and the commentary by the taxi captain is half history of the area and half advertisement for the eateries along the canal. You would be, perhaps, well served... More

Today we took a ride on the water taxi in Oklahoma City. This is our first time to OKC. I was hesitant at first because we had four with us and we are on a tight spending budget while visiting but, I was happy we took the tour. A guy named Jason was our captain (he was new) and he... More
