My husband and I arrived too late in the afternoon to look at much, but it looked great from the parts we did see. Seemed like a huge museum with outdoor parts as well. This was a great place to visit. The price wasn't too expensive and the staff was very friendly. I found I spent several hours here and it seemed to pass by in a blink. I was pleasantly surprised by the western town inside building-a great treat for adults and children. more

This museum was great. The exhibits and hands on stuff for kids was of a high standard. Volunteer guides are on hand to answer your questions which were very helpful. The restaurant food was delicious too and be prepared for the gift shop.... it is cowboytastic! Our kids gave it a thumbs up. more

This museum is a must-see! Apart from the hughe collection of western inspired art it is an extensive an in-depth trip into the western heritage and not least the life of the cowboys. Truthfully, I can’t think of a reason you would go to OKC unless it’s for work or perhaps your team is playing the Oklahoma Sooners. This is the best museum of it's kind. It has something for everyone. The galleries are very diversified and we all had our favorite part. The sculpture of the 'end of the trail' is amazing in person. I will go back the next time I am in OKC! more

There are so many areas in the museum with such a variety of subject matter, there is something here for everyone to experience. The art work is some of the finest I have ever seen. This is a "must see" for anyone interested in our Western heritage!!! more
