This zoo is continuously making improvements and adding new additions. It is always clean and well kept. A must see if you have children and are visiting OKC.

We recently went to the zoo and have been going for many years. We will always miss the dolphins show but they have been adding so much more stuff over the years. The elephant exhibit, make over of the kids zoo( small splash zone, petting zoo, climbing area ) string ray bay, feeding giraffes, boat rides(costs a few dollars), many... More

This zoo felt like more of an outdoor family adventure area than a zoo. There's a lot to do here and it can keep you busy for the entire day. If you are looking for a zoo with a variety of animals to peruse this isn't it. Also every patron should be sure to ask for maps and be aware... More

Great zoo if you are looking for some new zoo experiences. They have a very nice splash area that kids can take off their shoes and wander around in a rock bottom creek. Nice way to break up the day and let the kids play. Alot of cool exhibits. The stringray exhibit was very nice, a little pricey for a... More

The Oklahoma City Zoo is one of the top zoos in the country. The exhibits strive to provide as natural habitat as possible, given the size requirements for a given species. A large zoo that is broken into specific area such as "The Great escApe", The "Lion Overlook", "Oklahoma Trails", the "Cat Forest" and their new elephant habitat. Each of... More

Came from out of town for a concert - nice little place. offers an a casual environment with nice trees. Bathrooms are very dated- feels like a camp site Take a chair if you don't have reserved seating! If you have reserved seating, beware as some people crowd the aisles and overwhelm security. Also, be prepared to sit extremely close... More

Wow what a beautiful zoo. Lots to do, well spread out, trees throughout. We all enjoyed touching the stingrays. Ample parking.

This is such a great zoo! Make sure you take the tram to see the giraffes and zebras or maybe take the boat on the east side of the zoo to ride all the way to the back by the new elephant exhibit. I think they are each $1 but well with it on 100°+ days.

The zoo was very nice. The attractions were clean and well kept. The zoo did provide for a lot of walking. I don't know that I would call this zoo huge, but it was large. We walked the majority of the zoo (minus the butterflies / children's area, the birds, and the wild dog exhibits in just over 3 hours,... More
