It was ok . I would recommend other zoos more. We walked all around trying to find a certain animal because one of the zoo workers said that the animal was still at the zoo other zoo workers said they were no longer at the zoo.food was very expensive. The drinks were 5.00 for a small. But it was a... More

Best thing about the zoo is it is totally awesome, easy to walk, lots of shade, picnic area, paddle boat rides, carousel, and of course every animal you can think of. Most animals are kept as close to their natural environment as possible. They have a darling area where you can feel colorful little birds nectar as they perch on... More

We took our Pre-K class to the zoo in March, and had a fantastic time. We lucked out and the weather was nice. I have never been there when so many animals were out. We saw the baby elephant, the children loved it.

It's a big zoo and my only problem is the layout. It didn't flow. We missed several animals and had to do some back tracking. Animals seem to be well cared for

Love the individual habitats, the tram takes you to each one and also the outer pens for those who prefer not to walk a lot. Strollers and motorized carts are available at a reasonable rate. The extras available make it a wonderful experience for all ages.

I love the OKC zoo. There are always lots of active animals to see and they are constantly doing upgrades to improve the animals living conditions. It seems to be cleaned often and they have a great place for the kids to play.

Nice Zoo but could have been better organized and clearer on where animals were. Seemed chaotic compared to other zoos. Habitats weren't impressive or clean. No where to cool off like some zoos with buildings with air. Misters were no help. Overall not impressed would rather go to museums.

Love the OKC zoo. Never seems to be too crowded. It is clean and well cared for. There are several places to sit and relax if you have small children. Great way to spend the day.

The OKC Zoo is one of the top zoo's around. They soon will open a state of the art Zoo hospital that will allow the public to view and interact with staff. We recently added 2 female elephants to the herd from Seattle, which made national news. The horticulture staff has done a wonderful job with the plants and flowers.... More
