I like that getting to the beautiful waterfall view can be a short walk from the parking lot or by choice of taking the long way around, it can be a real hike. By starting on the opposite side, there's a good hike all the way through the nature area to the beautiful waterfall. Also you can take the short... More

Be aware, there is a $5 day use fee for the park. Visited here a couple times now. The trails aren't marked all that well (beyond the initial markings) but it's pretty easy to navigate, just make sure to pick up a map at the park office. Lots of trees, and a pretty spillway/creek, and of course the falls are... More

The dirt track raceway across the road is incredibly loud, deafening. The park attendant told me she enforces quiet time at 11, probably because it's so loud until 11 that everyone needs a little quiet time. I felt like I was trackside at the Daytona 500. my ears are ringing!!

The trails were clean and easy to hike. This spot is like an oasis! Lots of people but they were all very friendly.

The namesake falls are pretty but not awesome, after all, this is Oklahoma. Still, the park is worth a visit if you are in the area. The grounds are well maintained, staff is friendly, and there is a pretty good variety of things to do. The RV campground is nice and has full hookups, there are several hiking trails, and... More

My family and I camped here over a weekend in March for our first-ever travel trailer outing. We were pleasantly surprised and thrilled with what we found here. The Rankin RV campground had spacious spots, and ours was a full hook-up site with a fire ring, charcoal grill, concrete picnic table, and a lantern hook. We had site #4, which... More

Stopped here on a whim. It was a cold day and there were not many people around. I got to enjoy the falls all to myself!!! This is the place for hiking and experiencing beauty. There are about six different paths you can walk. Some are fairly hard and actual hikes, others are paved and easy/moderate. There is something here... More

We camped out for one (COLD) night in February as a couple. Campgrounds include a fire pit with a grate to grill on and a stone picnic table. The tent sites are a little more out in the open than the wooded RV sites. There are a few fun trails, but all are pretty short. They range in their difficulty... More
