the falls can be viewed from a platform, above them or you can walk down to them. there is a bridge, directly across from the overhead viewing platform, we made our way to it. you can hardly see the falls, from it. we went on around taking pictures of the gorgeous scenery, along the way. you can cross another bridge... Oklahoma state park and campgrounds - tent and RV. Very picturesque water fall and trails. Well maintained. Some up and down walking. Very worthwhile. Nicely maintained. More

Blink and you'll miss this gem. When it says next right...they mean it. No other signs mark this country road. It's just a short distance from the highway, $4 entry fee per car but a get spot to enjoy nature. My nephew is into creating his own water features. He is five. He ran up to the upper observation deck... More

The hike was very nice to get to this very quiet peaceful spring/pool. Once we got to the spring, we all just sat down and hung out for about 30 to 45 mins to take it all in. It was like a mini vaction. We did not camp or anything. It was just a spur of the moment thing. We... More

Nice side trip if you are in the area and want to take a short hike along a stream and enjoy the outdoors. The waterfall can be a little disappointing if the rains have been light and you have seen pictures of the cascade but there are other outdoor activites to be had. More

My wife and I were surprised that we were charged to enter this state park ($4) as all other Oklahoma state parks we have visited for free. The park features the 77 foot water fall that is the tallest in Oklahoma. The upper view of the waterfall is accessible for wheelchairs. The hike down to the base of the falls... More

My family spent this past weekend at the Natural Falls State Park, we arrived on Friday afternoon and left Sunday. When we arrived we quickly set out to find that perfect campsite for our stay, and were pleased to find all of the campsites are a great choice. Each was very level and provided lots of room between your area... More

Natural Falls State Park, near West Silom Springs, is a small, beautiful Oklahoma state park. I have stopped here three times and the 77-foot water fall has been falling two of those times. If the point of your trip is to see the falls, be sure to go during the wet season. The park was used in the filming of... More
