Great man.

It was very interesting, well done, beautiful and inspiring. The world needs more people like Will Rogers. We are certain that he would approve of the museum and its staff.

Positives: informative displays, courteous and knowledgeable staff Negative: watching media requires a long time A Pioneer in His Field - About a hundred years ago an unassuming cowpuncher from Oklahoma began his ascent to stardom. During his entertainment career he captivated the nation with self-effacing charm, witty satire, and finely-honed roping skills. His name was Will Rogers. Like most children... More

This museum used to be free, but they now charge a small fee. It's very well done with a lot of history, including old movies. They also have a very nice gift shop. The grounds are beautiful, overlooking Claremore. I used to drop in more when it was free, but I still take visitors there once in awhile. I also... More

Great time walking though the museum, sing great art and history of a great man. Take time to watch a film in the theatre. I proposed to my wife on the back step overlooking Claremore with all the flowers back in 1991.

This museum is a great tribute to Will Rodgers and is in a very nice hill top setting. There is also a nice gift shop with a large selection of books and a variety of other items related to Will Rodgers and Oklahoma history. We spent about 2 hours on our visit and could have used another hour but gad... More

You won't be disappointed when you visit the Will Rogers Memorial Museum. When we have company coming from out of state this is one of our favorite places to take them. The memorial to Will Rogers is very well done and very enjoyable for adults and for school age children. So much to see as well as videos of Will... More

Outstanding awareness made of one of America's most "down to Earth", favorite sons! Much history and unique "tidbits" showing how not only how true his speeches, sayings and thoughts were back then, but how they can be applied to today's world, making him as relevant today as he was back in the early 20th Century!

We realized we didn't know much about Will Rogers until we visited the Memorial just outside of Tulsa. We are in our late sixties and he lived his life before we were born. We attended an informative talk in the auditorium and then looked at a lot of artifacts from his life. Didn't realize just how much he did in... More
