I was moved to tears in the diorama room. Truly. How many dioramas can you say that about? Overall, it's a humble, straight-forward museum-memorial-tribute to the legend. Coming from a man who only knows Will Rogers from what he's seen at the American Adventure at EPCOT, this was very eye opening. I wished the movie posters weren't computer reprints, but... More

An absolute "must see" for Western enthusiasts and an enjoyable venue for everyone else. Beautiful building and grounds. I could have spent hours here and plan to go again next time I'm in Oklahoma. A distinguished memorial to a man who is still "cool" almost 100 years after his prime!

If you are in the area of Claremore, by all means, stop in here. It is a majestic building that looks like a castle high on a hill. The grounds are beautiful and Will and his family are buried in the front of the building. There are a lot of pictures, movies and newsreels, memorabilia and interesting things to learn... More

This is a fitting museum of the life of Will Rogers. A little bit off the highway but worth the trip! Have videos of Will's films and of his rope tricks. A tragic death of 2 great Americans! Don't miss his tomb. We needed more time!

We absolutely liked this museum. Being a history buff and liking Will Rogers. It is a great place to see how he came into the spotlight. Would suggest this museum to anybody traveling near Tulsa.

We knew who Will Rogers was and realized how much we didn't know. When you decide to visit, the weekend they celebrate his birthday of Nov. 4 is the best time. You get in for free, awesome entertainment, Indians all dressed up, and cake for everyone. We learned so much about him and how he died doing what he loved.... More

This was a great place to learn about Will Rogers and his many careers. A couple of unique things were the saddle displays, diorama, and children's area in the lower level. We looked at art work, read quotes, saw a replica of the family sitting room, and watched movies while we were there. The museum sits on a hill and... More

Situated on a hilltop in the northwestern corner of Claremore, the setting for this world-class museum is as stunning as the museum itself. Excellent exhibits. The foyer, with the larger than life size statue of Rogers, is stunning. Take some time and catch some of the movies that are shown in the theater (projected from either VHS or perhaps DVD)....
