The casino decided after years and years of going to their casino to remove me from the list of players to receive free play and hotel rooms. I have been playing there since they opened. I have been a Platinum player for years. They want their players to play 30 points to receive the trinket giveaways; 30 points equal $300.00 dollars of play. I called and they told me there is nothing they can do I have been removed. I have not won a jackpot in over 2 years and I play a lot. They are a terrible place to have fun and they make me feel as if they do not appreciate my business.

Overall this is a nice, big casino with slots, table games, multiple bars and restaurants, even a nice small food court if you just want a small meal. BUT. Be very careful if you book a concert there, we had tics to see Kenny Wayne Shepherd on July 1st, drove from Edmond, booked and payed for a hotel, and when we arrived for the concert found out it had been rescheduled to March of 2022. We were told that everyone had been called. Well news flash we weren’t called. Finally got our money refunded but wasn’t offered anything else, requested a manager and we’re told we would get comp tickets for the concert next March, but guess what? We can’t get the tickets until the day of the concert. No idea if we will really have tickets or where the seats would be. Not happy and won’t be going to any more concerts there.

Went to see Marshall Tucker Band last night. WTH! The lead singer should have retired YEARS ago. I thought it was a joke. In hard times these days and you let people buy tickets to see that the Marshall Tucker Band is dead and gone. How rude. The people next to me even drove 2 hours to see this and were having
Bing to drive home 2 hours. Thanks for taking our money, and time for such a terrible show.

I have been going there for years, I was downgraded to a gold star and earned my platinum card in 3 months as of 12/1/2023 all my promotions was removed no drawings, gifts etc. called promotions said it was down at corporate level, but no reason. They never hit and jackpots are very seldom, would not recommend as have heard and seen many customers upset, hitting machines and complaining, better to go and eat a bite with friends as rumor has it Indians leased it out to Las Vegas casinos, so it really changed and has many customers having to earn 30 points to get a gift who have platinum cards and see gold star member low level get the gifts for free. Many machines are constantly down with needing paper or are shut down, which limits your pick of a slot machine.

Okay, everyone knows HR is horrible. And that's a compliment. But, we go there to get out. Yes, they stink when it comes to their payout and their stupidity forcing guests to wear masks. Okay, maybe masks are okay for some. But, never never kid yourself. Gambling at HR is bad.

There is a huge casino on the ground floor and with inadequate signages, the hotel check in is difficult to find. Even if you park your car in the nearest possible spot you can easily have 200 meters from your car to your room. The room was comfortable, but I had a technical issue and it took the staff almost an hour to conclude that they are not able to fix it and that they would not provide a satisfactory solution to it. No compensation was offered, either, only apologies. This is really bad service from a hotel that is supposed to be an upscale establishment.

Lots of interesting memorabilia located throughout the casino. they also had two free, live bands of different tpyes of music, which was nice. There was free drinks (soda, coffee) available at multiple spots through the casino. I wish that the non-smoking section hadn't been sandwiched between two smoking section. Overall, a very nice experience.

Today is thanksgiving we went to eat at the Hard Rock today. Line was too long at one place. That was fine. Went to the Rt. 66 dinner. Bad bad idea. Ordered my meal and waited on it. Before my salad got to the table the rest of my meal was in the window ready and waiting. A manager came by and serviced me stone cold food. Am employee had played with the plate before he serviced it also. I watched it all. Manager got pissed because I wouldn’t take it. I tell him I am not eating that it’s cold. At this point the manager takes not only my plate but my husband’s as well?!?! I told the waitress who did at least say she was sorry. That after that I didn’t want anything! She told this manager that as well. I heard her tell him. 2 seconds later he’s back at the table with fresh hot shrimp and fry’s. He microwaved it. When he tried putting it in front of me I told him No. he said fine and then in a very loud voice yelled to the kitchen staff he never sat it down it didn’t leave his hand the can still serve it! He sat it in front of me. He still serviced it to someone! That gross! He was so rude! I will not be eating there again! If you want safe food I wouldn’t eat there

Bartender did not return my Daughter's card, treated her EXTREMELY disrespectful and told her he knew he gave it back to her due to he has muscle memory and knows he handed it back to her. Had to get security involved after him telling her he didn't have it. Then security finds it right away. I talked her into staying to try and enjoy her night even though she had received no apology and was still charged a tab. Then only to get the manager involved and the only thing they do is refund the tab and make an excuse for the bartender. What was he going to do with the card, makes you wonder. Also, as large of a casino as this is and for me to have talked her into playing there they could have said hey here is 10.00 in free play for your trouble, instead makes you wonder why they made an excuse for him after it only took security less than a minute to find the card. I now no longer trust HardRock Tulsa.

The casino reeks of pot vapor in every area. You can’t get away from it. The place stinks, unfortunately. No one attempts to stop the vaping and smoking in the “non smoking” area either. If the bad odor turns you off, or gives you a headache I am letting you know.

We will be going through Tulsa and would like to stop and try our luck. I have a 15 year old grandson coming with us. Is there anything he could do for a couple of hours

I don’t think there is much there for a teen. Would call the hard rock to see if he can even be on premises. I think they have a pool, but you may need to be staying there to use it.
Do they have semi truck parking

I haven't noticed if they have truck parking, the area is really commercial, I would think it would be easy to find parking within walking distance, if not on site. it is about 8 miles from downtown Tulsa, very close to Catoosa.
Is there a place for RV hookups?

I didn't see anything for kids to do other than swim, but everytime I stay there I always see kids in the elevator and restaurants. I would call them and ask just to make sure.
