loved this zoo, heard good things about it and was not disappointed, it is a nice compact size but still has a wonderful variety of animals and plants. we got through it in about 4 hours on a beautiful sunday afternoon, it was busy but it did not seem crowded. food and gifts were reasonable and the grounds are very... more

Took my 6 and 2 year old boys to the zoo for a long weekend. Had a blast. Food was reasonable priced and good. Gifts shops were plentiful and not overpriced at all. The animals were fabulous and so social. We saw all of them and were they active! Highly recommend this zoo to anyone. ONe of the best. more

I visited the Toledo Zoo with my grand-daughter's kindergarden class. The gorilla's and chimps were the best exhibit of the day. What a wonderful zoo for children. I took my four children ages 13, 12, 3, and 7 months. We were extremely pleased with the layout, the quality of the exhibits, and the overall atmosphere of the zoo.
