Great amenity to the Castaway Bay Hotel.

Smaller park - very well maintained. Certainly not an ALL day event. Could use some more air turn over. Lifeguard crew is AMAZING! Your kids are safe with these Lifeguards... read more

Perhaps we are spoiled by Soaring Eagle, but it was really disappointing that they didn't offer a suite with bunk beds for our large family. The hotel was a little dirty, and outdated. The matresses are cheap, and not all that comfortable, and I would like to see them have a couple kid friendly tv channels that are free. The... More

He has no customer service at all, I would never recommend any one to come here! The room is okay but the bed is so small, hardly sleeps 2! I don't mind d price but the staff... More

We brought our 3 kids for a last hoo-rah before school starts back up. We stayed just one night over the weekend and that was plenty of time. We didn't go anywhere else, just the waterpark, so it got boring pretty quick. The waterpark was a lot smaller than I expected but the kids still had a blast. My oldest... More

We arrived late and left for the amusement park early but we loved our room and had a lot of fun!! There was something for everyone to do....and our bay view room with patio was so relaxing at the end of the day!

Not a bad place to stay, but more geared towards families with young children as the water park is small and there is virtually nothing for adults or kids over the age of 10 to DO. The water rides are few and not for adults.

We came for the day to the water park, we did not stay at the hotel. The kids had a great time. They lived the wave pool and slides. Wish they had a lazy river. It isn't as big as a few of the other water parks around here but it is also not a crowded. They were well staffed... More

I've never been to any other waterparks in Sandusky so I cannot compare Castaway Bay with them. But comparing from my previous experiences on waterparks: I like it because; 1) It was great for my 4-year-old son : Bigger kids would love this place too but probably have more fun with other waterparks with more thrilling slides. 2) Guards are...
