Great Fun for Families!

We had a wonderful time at the waterpark. It has something for everyone and was very clean. We spent 2 full days there, and the kids AND adults couldn't get enough!

We stayed here the night before we went to Cedar Point, because we assumed we wouldn't have time to go to the water park. The room was huge, but definitely in need of some updating. The pools were disappointing, there was nothing deep enough for adult to really enjoy. Some of the water slides were great fun. I think we... More

I went for a night and had a lot of fun! We got in at noon and were able to check in right away. We went to Meijer's first to get some groceries which I would highly recommend because the food there is slightly overpriced. Our room was ready right away which was a huge plus since we were four... We are actually hear now. There are less than a handful of things for kids over say.....eight...to do. Adults will be bored to death. Sorry. No regular pool. Wave poolis small and mostly under 3' deep. Good luck getting in the hot tub. 50 at a time. I never saw 50 in it but the line to get in was... More

We went here as our second choice since Kalahari was sold out at the time. We called ahead and they said there was still day passes available. When we got there we saw a big sign saying they were sold out. We decided to wait out the long check in line (10-15 minutes) and take a chance they would still... More

My husband and I visited castaway Bay in October. We didn't go into waterpark, we went to Halloweekends. The hotel staff wasn't helpful, nearly rude. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it wasn't worth the money. We would go elsewhere for breakfast, even if it was free at Castaway bay. The rooms are outdated and the walls are thin.... More

Where else do you go on a frosty day off from school ( snow day= too cold). While there was a line at check in @ 4:00 you were able to go early to enjoy the waterpark and have them text you when your room is ready. Our room wasnt ready when i checked in and they gave us free... More

Took my family of 8 this weekend. We went there last year and loved it. After this last experience I will not be back. Our room was very dirty, couch had stain on it and had not been vacuumed. The waterpark shower/dressig smelled like urine so bad I could not stomach it! Also towels , trash and dirty diapers throughout... More

I reserved a week at this particular hotel. It was very accommodating and had very polite staff. I reserved 2 rooms that where handicap accessible. Both were very clean and where in-deed very accessible. We went to the water park in side after a long day at Cedar Point. We were very happy to find the outdoor spa which was... More
