Nice place to visit. Great view from the top

Even though I'm handicapped and could not go to the top the people traveling with me did. The photos they took from there came out great.

Definitely worth visiting. The new visitors center is great. Make sure to watch the 15 minute film, it was extremely educational.

worth the wait and $3 admission to go the the observation deck; 37 steps to climb to get to the elevator; the view is spectacular from the deck; park employees very knowledgable; a must for history buffs

I love going to experience the view up top. If you're driving a golf cart, just be prepared for limited parking in front of the monument itself.

We visited the memorial in summer on a clear day and could see all of the surrounding islands and all the way to Canada. This memorial commemorates a little know piece of American history but a critical one. After visiting the memorial and it's great visitor center you realize that if it weren't for Admiral Perry we would all be... More

I visited Perry's Victory monument primarily to see the view of Put In Bay and Lake Erie from the top, but I came away with much more than just pretty pictures. The staff and guides were knowledgeable about the history behind the monument and I learned quite a bit about its significance. Overall, I recommend checking this out for the... More

I was thrilled to learn about the battles that were fought on the Great Lakes. The exhibits are informative and well thought out. The gift shop had many things that were reasonably priced and collectable. I look forward to going back. Four Stars!
