Most reviews here are complaining about the fact that the place was too busy. We must have been lucky. My husband and I went on a weekday in October and we were the only people there. We took our time driving through feeding all the animals. We laughed so hard. Id love to do this again. A totally awesome and... More

This is much more enjoyable than any Zoo I have ever been to. It truly is a up close and personal experience with the animals. I went with my wife and two young children, we had so much fun. Make sure to hold on to your food cups, some animals like to steal them! We will be back!

We visited the African Safari Park during the week in July and it was pretty crowded so I imagine weekends would be crazy. This is something that is totally worth doing if you are in the area! They participate in the reciprocal zoo program so if you are a member of another zoo, you get half price. A lot of... More

This was the highlight of our trip. We were swarmed by Alpacas, Deer, even had Buffalos put their head in our van! Giraffe... There is some danger to your car though. We moved forward at one point after something resembling a car with long horns almost took off our side mirror. But we went through twice and stayed for about... More

What a wonderful day. I was helping a friend with her four grandchildren and I had more fun than the kids. Seeing all the different animals and feeding them was great. The pig races were funny. We all enjoyed the entire day and will return next summer.

Talk about meeting the animals head on, this is the place. They are not shy and they are hungry. Proceed with caution at first as it scared our little grandson so much he cried. If your windows are down, these animals have no fear. Once you get use to the idea, it is quite entertaining. So many different animals to... More

I went nuts here! If you love animals you should absolutely love this place. We were laughing and having such a great time. The animals were great. The buffalo were terrifying. He was like right there in my lap. It was off season so it's nice we didn't have to deal with many people. There are alot of negative reviews... More

First the good.. clean, nice park, with many animals. Nice area to eat and watch the animals. You can get up close and personal with the animals. We really did have a good time. The bad, to be fair, I should have expected. . Animals rushing our car for food (expected), animals injured such as limping deer and a bloody... More

Thank you for taking the time to review us. It sounds like despite "the bad" you really did have a great time. We wanted to let you know that the deer with the bloody broken horn is completely OK. In the fall the deer do what is called shedding their velvet, which is basically, the fur on their horns and... More
