Beautiful campus

My daughter and I loved visting Oberlin College. Beautiful campus, park-like town square, well integrated into the community and a commitment to sustainability.

Great little college and music conservatory with lots of nooks and crannies to explore, but see if you can get a guide to show you around. There is a lot you can miss, particularly their extraordinary art collection!

Oberlin is a wonderful campus to visit. Most of the campus is flat with sidewalks so it is easy to explore. Enjoy a wide variety of beautiful architecture, historical landmarks, or stay for a free concert in the Conservatory. Unlike other college campuses it is fairly easy to find free parking for your visit. Of special note is the Arboretum... More

I wish I lived near this college! We heard a free violin recital, with piano accompaniment, given by one of the music students. We also enjoyed browsing the shelves in the college art library and flipping through some art books. What a collection! If I lived nearby, I would be in heaven. Would have loved to visit the Allen Memorial... More

Spending time on the Oberlin College campus not only gives one a palpable sense of history but affords one endless opportunities to hear great music, due to the almost daily performances of conservatory musicians and singers representing a wide range of genres.

I was completely enchanted with the art museum at Oberlin. First class, important artists, important art, and yet plenty of 'fun' art.

I am an Oberlin parent. I love the campus!. The buildings are works of art. Check the conservatory calendar if you are in the area. The concerts and performances are done by students but you would think you were at a professional event. Many of the performances are free and the ones that charge are reasonable.

II love the fact that I came and visited the campus when the leaves are still autumnal in colors. The campus has a beautiful vibe and definitely amazing architecture and buildings. The campus is surrounded with friendly people, awesome and healthy places to eat nearby, to find trees (under or up on the trees) to read books or to just... More

Wanted to visit the college and visit my families homestead. Wished I could have spent more time. Loved the skyline. Hope to get back soon and visit the libraries.

Classic architecture, next to city square, charming. Wish we could have been there when school was in session, and will plan on a return visit.
