We were in Oberlin to tour the Conservatory. I immediately fell in love with the campus and my son was surprised at how much he liked it. We had a great experience with the faculty (Peter Slowik is a sweetheart of a man) and experienced a magnificent recital. It was a wonderful visit!

One of the most breathtaking college campuses I've visited over the years. Lovely walking paths and trees. Gorgeous old buildings and square. Lots of art and so much to see!

Oberlin is an incredible small liberal arts college with a rich history. First to admit African Americans and women, it continues to be an innovative, odd little place filled with people from everywhere going somewhere. Of course, it has its issues as would any such place but, I am proud to be an Obie and to have spent a magical... More

While there may be a few liberal arts schools with more beautiful campuses, this one is beautiful and very enjoyable to walk around. The music offerings from very talked students and guests make the entertainment here amazing. Hearing the pipe organ in the Chapel is worth the trip alone - it is astounding. What's best about Oberlin is that it... More

The first in allowing the co-education, first in allowing African Americans, Oberlin is steeped in history and the abolitionist movement. I visited because an ancestor, Anna Julia Cooper, graduated from Oberlin in the 1880s and I wanted copies of some of her records. But there were several other gems on and around the campus. There is a wonderful, brick sculpture... More

What a great place to be! A historic college with a lot of traditions. I was there with family to see off our daughter who got admission as a freshman. Very serene and secure place to leave your ward. Met the staff and faculty, they were very helpful and cheering. Satisfied on all counts.

My wife is an alum of Oberlin College, so on a road trip to the Midwest, she wanted to stop at her old stomping grounds. Oberlin is a beautiful campus and has some great architecture. The Oberlin Inn is currently being rebuilt so that is a mess right now. However, my wife says that is a good thing, because the... More

One of the best colleges in the USA. Young adults come from all over, including other countries. As you come in to a Town that feels like you stepped back in the 70s, you will see what looks like a big park. It is a beautiful campus right in a small town where students have a movie , coffee shop, 5... More
