“Dead Birds, Dead Fish and Rusty Nails”

Once a great place to swim and picnic, this public area has been "returned to nature" the beach is no longer cleaned and is littered with driftwood logs and dead animals along with old pallets complete with rusty nails poking out. I visited on a great warm sunny June Saturday and found the place vacant, unmowed and unkept. In short... more
