We stopped by here to take a tour and found out they only give them Monday - Friday 10 am-4 pm. It was Saturday. We decided to visit the store and picked up some tasty sweets which we might share with friends. The staff is really nice and even gave us some samples. We ate one and take one with... More

Toured the chocolate factory of Harry London and Fannie Mae. Right out side from the Hilton Gardens Inn. Free tour and free candy. What else would you want? Enjoyed watching the workers make candy couldn't help but to think of Lucy! Tried several samples! Very good! Very Rich! Get there early to get the chocolate covered strawberries. We missed them.... A short video of the history of the company, plus a wall time line begins the tour of the factory. A guide then walks down a glass enclosed corridor above the working conveyer belts and workers below making the different kinds of chocolate candies. Free taste testing samples included in tour. Retail gift shop includes ice cream tastes as well... More

We got there right after Easter, so had great sales! Do give factory tours, but weren't open on Saturday.

We went here after visiting the Football hall of fame. They give a free 45 minute tour of the factory. We saw a few different varieties being made. It was interesting to see and you got to sample 2 types of candy. There is a store and we bought some candy to bring home.

Went on a Friday - the factory doesn't run on Fridays during the summer so there was nothing running/being made that day rendering the tour worthless. Unless you're REALLY interested in seeing the tour and learning a brief the history of the company I'd skip it and just buy candy instead.

When visiting family in Ohio, I stop by to bring a bag of goodies home to friends. They also offer tours if you want to see the candy being made.

Wow...what a treasure. We took the free tour (call before you go to make sure there are tours available and that the production lines are running). Our tour guide, Jared, was knowledgeable and friendly - easy to talk to. We were able to see the Valentines Day strawberries being prepared - and got great buys on delicious chocolates. The gift... They make and sell 3 lines here, Fanny May, Fannie Farmer, and Harry London. All great with enormous selections. You can even take a tour and see them make the candies.
