Cute place

It was a really great stop to get to see how candy is made and see their factory. I think most would enjoy it, especially kids and those into sweets.

Friendly staff, free tours and samples, and big holiday sales. Worth the trip if in the area. Always bring some home for friends.

Good thing I read comments others had made, after looking at their website which says there are weekend tours, I read reviews and called them. I was told only tours M- Th, and to call to reserve those because groups touring often don't want extra people. Need to change their info!

We were driving from Cleveland to Tampa when we spotted a sign by the Akron Canton Airport pointing out Harry London Chocolates. Having never been there before we didn't know what to expect but decided to make the quick detour. Were we shocked that this place exists! From the moment you walk in the staff if friendly but not pushy.... More

Generally an interesting way to spend an hour or so. Researched tour times (10:00 - 4:00 every hour on the hour) and costs (free) and arranged for a tour on Friday afternoon at 3:00. While the history and process was interesting, we experienced several disappointments along the way. First, 3:00 tour most shifts were gone for the day so did... More

Took our grandkids and it was a nice tour. They enjoyed watching the employees make candy and it reminded us of the " Lucy" and "Ethel" episode. It was about 45 minutes long with candy samples and gelato samples at the end. Nice informative tour and the kids enjoyed it.

This wasn't the best tour we've ever taken but the staff were all very friendly and cheerful and the free samples were a big hit with my crowd. I would have liked a little more information and the ability to watch the process better than the tour allows. Still, we were definitely glad we went, would go again, and would... More

Took kids here to see what it is all about. Tour is about an hour long ang you get to sample a chocolate and Gelato at the end of the tour. Interesting to see how it all works. Not too interesting for younger kids.

First off the staff were extremely rude and preoccupied to even act interested in customers! Second, I called at 10am and was told tours open all day until 4. They said they do not need reservations. Arrived for 1pm tour and was told its full with a prearranged school group. Im sure all of them are buying chocolates today. I... More

We had a blast! The staff was very friendly and offered a variety of samples. They had a great discounted area. Every type of confection shape and size from the top quality chocolate to unique items for gift giving. The tour was not available at the time that we stopped as they had closed it temporarily for repairs or cleaning.... More
