Took our grandkids and it was a nice tour. They enjoyed watching the employees make candy and it reminded us of the " Lucy" and "Ethel" episode. It was about 45 minutes long with candy samples and gelato samples at the end. Nice informative tour and the kids enjoyed it.

This wasn't the best tour we've ever taken but the staff were all very friendly and cheerful and the free samples were a big hit with my crowd. I would have liked a little more information and the ability to watch the process better than the tour allows. Still, we were definitely glad we went, would go again, and would... More

Took kids here to see what it is all about. Tour is about an hour long ang you get to sample a chocolate and Gelato at the end of the tour. Interesting to see how it all works. Not too interesting for younger kids.

First off the staff were extremely rude and preoccupied to even act interested in customers! Second, I called at 10am and was told tours open all day until 4. They said they do not need reservations. Arrived for 1pm tour and was told its full with a prearranged school group. Im sure all of them are buying chocolates today. I... More

We had a blast! The staff was very friendly and offered a variety of samples. They had a great discounted area. Every type of confection shape and size from the top quality chocolate to unique items for gift giving. The tour was not available at the time that we stopped as they had closed it temporarily for repairs or cleaning.... More

I should have done more research before stopping. All I knew is that they were open ten to six with hourly tours, so we stopped at four thirty on a Friday July third. First, the last tout is four pm. Second, the entire plant was shut down for two weeks so we didn't just miss a tour. We still got... More

This Chocolate Factory Tour took about 45 minutes from start to finish. Not too long, not too short, with something for everyone: a brief lesson about the origins of chocolate, a little history about the personalities behind the Fannie May/Harry London brand, a chance to observe candy production in a state of the art confectionery, and the best part: multiple... As travelers from New Jersey, and customers of Harry London through QVC, we wanted to take this tour as we passed through Canton. We have already taken the QVC tour in Pennsylvania and thought it would be fun to see where the candy came from. As reservations were not required, we wanted to get in a morning tour. "To best... I love London Candies, It is clean and well laid out, the candy is attractively displayed and the gift boxes are very nice, They also have good sales and sell their "oops" candies, the ones with a slight mistake, I love the samples which help me decide what I would like to purchase. I've not taken the chocolate tour nor... More

I'm not a person who goes crazy for chocolate, so going here for the free tour was a "something to do for the family" thing. Well, I really enjoyed myself here as the tour was super informative, interesting and fun! They start the tour with a short video presentation on the history of the factory. From there you get the...
