Take a drive through the park and see the changing leaves. Drove through the campground just to check it out. The lots are small and some uneven with steep drop offs. Lots of litter around the docks and marina area. Cabins appeared to be nice from the outside.

Took a fall drive to Punderson State Park. Nice area to view the changing leaves. We ate lunch at the Punderson Manor- beautiful building, food was very good and nice variety on the menu. Crab cakes were very good and salmon BLT excellent.

We loved it here. Food was fabulous. Rooms are fine and there is so much to do in the area. Wineries from here to Lake Erie. Close to a lot of orchards and other park areas.

Camped over 4th of July weekend of 2015 and stayed for 3 nights . Had a great time! Excellent park with lots to offer. We stayed at site 26 which was right on the lake and had an amazing view from the site. There were a good amount of lakeside sites but obviously get reserved sooner. Very family friendly camping... I have had dinner at Punderson Manor and stayed the night as well, but this time I came to use the lake. I was surprised to see that no one was out on the lake on a sunny and hot summer afternoon. I came to Punderson to rent a kayak for a couple of hours as I have rented a... More

Great course, well maintained, interesting, good for couples, plenty of parking and easy to find. Would have rated a 5 but for the third year in a row the desk staff gave us attitude when they found we were using a TeeTime Pass. Would be nice if they had a little personality and were friendly but didn't impact the golf.

Really well maintained. Lots of day areas and activities. Camping area is typical of state parks. Most sites are pretty close to each other, almost all have electrical hook up if you need. There are several lakes, large one with small marina that rents boats, has bait, etc. There is a swimming area with sandy beach. The water tends to... More

It's about what you would expect from any of the Ohio state parks. The grounds are clean and spacious. The lake has restrictions, the showers are clean, staff is attentive. Go and get away from the rat race for a day or FIVE.

My wife and I were married here 25 years ago and came back to celebrate our anniversary with an overnight visit. I'll review the Lodge in a separate review. We were going to do some hikes around the park while we were here. We checked out three different trails: the Iroquois Trail was closed off (with some yellow tape and... More

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend. It was busy but not overcrowded. Know that they have several sites that are first-come, first-served. We stayed in site 97 and the green-space is shared with the site next to it. It is also muddy you can't get into the camper without stepping in mud. Site 18 was very nice. The full-hook up... More
