A must visit place this building is very unique in its design and the handle i believe weigh seven tons each, the wood and design inside is pure craftsmanship.

If you're driving in the neighborhood, be sure to drive by and get a photo of this landmark! It certainly is unique - and a record holder.

Right in downtown Dresden. It really is a large basket made of split oak just like it's smaller cousin. While in town, see some of the shops. It's worth the time to get there.

Love finding interesting and unique roadside stops and this was one of them. The basket building was awesome to look at and take pictures of but was closed when we got there on a Sunday. Down the highway about 15 minutes from the basket building is the Homestead in the middle of nowhere. It is an esthetically pleasing and massive... More

This was a nice place to stop and take photos its not often you will see a basket this size...worth the stop for the photo op

Okay, so it's a big basket. It is kind of fun for out of towners. Some of us locals are just embarrassed by it but you should see if it you are passing by. It's different! :-D

Is an ugly eyesore and why do I have to write 50 characters, it is Ugly says it all, I don't mind doing a review but I don't like that you dictate how much I have to say.

I know it's meant to be an attraction but it's not the building that bothers me, it's more of how the built everything around it. From the jumbled and misplaced parking lots to the ponds/fountains that never seem to be taken care of....
