Less than 30 minutes from the CBD down the highway. It'll surprise you to see the most amazing African animals in this wonderful zoo - What a great experience it'll be without even leaving the country.

Interesting bus ride around the open grazing zoo area .. Looking forward to additional animal information at the enclosed cat and ape exhibits.. Go when animal keepers are sharing information at each exhibit.

It was the school holidays. We went in the day. All their focus was on preparing for the night time activities (which looked good but we weren't willing to pay the $100 extra to hang around and find out. The bus tour was fantastic, the lions were good, the rest was pretty disappointing.

Easy to find and the safari bus was good to see the larger animal in a more natural habitat. Plenty of feedings through out the day

I went to the Zoo with my daughter and two young grandsons. Admission price was reasonable. There was quite a large array of animals there. Two things I didn't like was the fact you couldn't get very close to the animals but I suppose that is why it is called open range. Also the price of food is quite unrealistic,... More

Grear place to visit for all ages. The only thing was the volume on the safari bus was way too loud it was quite painful on our ears.

Our recent visit has highlighted the growth of the zoo from when we moved into the area. The enclosure for the gorillas is very good. When the Rhythm of Africa (summer months) you experience the food and culture, it is very popular with families.

The meercats are very interesting and amusing to watch. And the bus trip around the park with our driver and guide Amanda made for a very interesting and informative day.

Such an amazing experience, the kids had a blast. Quite expensive but well worth it - how many people get to pat a rhino in their lifetime?!
