Staff were helpful in providing information on attractions able to be fitted into our length of stay. A good range of brochures for the local and surrounding areas were provided.

We called into the Information Centre due to the lack of information provided at Risby Cove. The lady was extremely helpful, recommended places to eat and things to do in the area. Our 2nd visit the following day was just as good - a different lady but so helpful and friendly. Happy to chat - nothing was too much trouble.

Did offer to change money for parking or to use pay phone as we did not have reception to contact our next hotel. It would have been really nice if we could have used there phone and paid them instead instructed to... More

We recently visited Strahan, and took the Sarah Island/Gordon River World Heritage Cruise. It was a wonderful day with glorious scenery, and a highlight was Kiah Davey's superb Sarah Island presentation that we were fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of. Kiah brought the island to life with her top-rate animated delivery of its history. It was obvious... More

We found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable at the their riverside location. The location is easy to find and there is amble parking.
