Stunning view on a sunny day... we also did the long hike all the way down to Wineglass Bay Beach, across to Hazards and back across the hills/woods/cliffs.... Really enjoyed the hike and the view... wonderful :-)

Been there twice and did the 4 hours walk in Freycinet National Park. Must visit because of the stunning scenic view and to be amazed with the natural wonders in Australia.

We had a great walk up to the lookout, prepared in our boots, hats & sunscreen. Sadly the weather didn't play ball & although dry the views weren't great due to cloud. Nevertheless we continued down to the bay itself & continued back to the car park vis Hazards beach which was truly lovely with really nice white sand &... More

Wineglass Bay was a must on a recent trip. We went midweek, and the carpark was almost full, so I could only imagine that the weekends must be packed! A great walk to the lookout - make sure that sneakers or boots are worn, definitely not for thongs or slipons Need to pay for park entry to this attraction

It's about a 45 minute walk so take comfortable shoes & a hat. Our guide supplied water & we plied on the sunscreen before we left the resort. I have bad knees but I'm glad I made the effort. It is absolutely beautiful there. Take camera or iPhone for some fantastic shots.

The lookout is stunning! It was so stunning we decided to walk down to wineglass bay. The 30 minute downhill stair walk was fairly gruelling, but walking back would have been worse. So from wineglass bay we went the long way, via hazards beach, just to avoid the stairs back up to the lookout. Wineglass bay is beyond spectacular and... More

WineGlass Bay is definitively a must-see place while in the Freycinet peninsula. The bay is very nice and also the loop walk along the trail is very good. You can do follow the trail up to Wineglass bay and then either go back form the same way or keep walking along the trail through the esthimus and then to Hazards... More

Love this walk, we have done this many times as a family. Is very steep, but well worth it. Please ensure you wear appropriate footwear & realise it is still a long way from lookout into Wineglass Bay itself.

The walk up to the lookout is a must. The view of the Bay is stunning!! Like it is in the brochures. We were lucky that we day we walked up there was sunshine!! It gets a bit busy at certain times, but still so worth it!!

Extensive parking. Not for the faint hearted. Reasonable climb to the top. There should be information regarding how far you have to go to get to the top.n
