Does the weather colour your judgment of a place. Undoubtedly. And we had magic weather at Freycinet. An absolute highlight was canoeing across Coles Bay with Jarrod (an Hawaiian adventurer seduced by Australia and what it has to offer). Jarrod was an excellent guide, very knowledgable, and makes a mean hot chocolate when we landed at Honeymoon Bay. We would... More

We had a fantastic time paddling in our 2 person kayak whilst taking in the gorgeous views of Freycinet and Coles Bay. It was our first time kayaking and our guide Murray was great in showing us what to do. We paddled around the bay and stopped in a few places to see and hear about the local area.

This was a great experience. We took our 2 small girls and had an awesome time. Friendly and knowledgeable guides who were nothing but helpful with beautiful views and a leisurely kayak around what is definitely one of the most beautiful spots in the world.

Fantastic way to see Freycinet National Park and the beautiful backdrop provided by the Hazard mountains. Jo, Leith and Jared were all super friendly, helpful and informative. The trip was laid back and came with scrumptious cookies. A throughly enjoyable way to spend the morning.

An awesome 3 hrs kayaking. The guides Leith and Jarad were friendly, helpful and full of local knowledge and history. Would highly recommend it, got to see Stingrays swimming around the ocean, and morning tea on the beach was an unexpected bonus. Carl and Amanda

This experience is well worth the time and expense. Our guide was informative without being overbearing and the scenery was simply breathtaking. I had never been in a sea kayak before but picked it up quickly with a few pointers from our guide. The day was a bit windy and choppy but we all never felt cold or unsafe. It... More

With two lovely staff members from Frecinet Adventures I spent the afternoon on a Kayak. Both tour guides brought us from Coles Bay to the red granit coast of the national park. A brief stop with hot coffee and cookies while witnessing a sea eagle diving for its prey. Some people on the tour saw stingrays and in the next... More

We enjoyed the sea kayak adventure around Coles Bay. The kayaks were in good condition and the guides were very knowledgeable. We only wished that there was a little more to see - once you are in the water the scenery all looks fairly similar and paddling around does get a bit boring once the novelty of kayaking wears off.... We had a wonderful experience sea kayaking at Coles Bay. Staff were excellent and very knowledgeable about the local area. Seeing a seal during our paddle was an added bonus!
